22500 is a parking or stopping violation and not one that we can help you with a trial by written declaration

The reason I was not sure because one my colleague told me that it’s request for trial by Written declaration is only for class C driver not for CLass A. Please let me know at your convenience. Hello, I was driving westbound on 40 near needle Califonria . I passed a few slow moving truck on the right,. While passing, my truck pick up a little speed due to the downwad slope,, unfortunately, the police cruiser was on the center lane saw my truck and stop me. I told the officer that It was downward slop and my truck pick up little momentum. but he said sorry. Its been realy frustrating for me as my sole income is driving. Is it a ticket for speeding or for mounting a radar? It's not illegal to use a radar, but it is illegal to "mount" the radar in California.

@@Killa91115 got it. yes the issue is any obstruction on the window is a ticket. It's not that the radar detectors are illegal, it's just because it was mounted.

What happens if your Trial by Written Declaration is not dismissed??

This is one of the biggest advantages of a trial by written declaration as it puts you right back where you started. If you want to have a court trial after that you still can and if you are eligible to traffic school prior to a trial by written declaration you should still be elibible after. A trial by written declaration is your best way to fight and dismiss your traffic ticket without going to court and retaining all your options.

I’m a CDL driver and i got a speeding ticket on I -5 north. CA but at that time a car just passing me cuz my speed was 59.miles p-h. And got 71. Miles p-h. Is there anything i can do to Dismiss my speeding ticket? Thanks

I have a commercial license and I got a ticket for (vehicle off truck route witha code of 10.20.070) officer told me that he was going to use a city code so that way I don't get points. How does that work and is it worth it to fight it. Thanks

You should always fight any ticket you get especially since you are a commercial driver. However if they used a city code 10.20.070 we cannot help you as you cannot fight that violation with a trial by written declarationi
