My books are available through Amazon, but it is NOT where I advertise and I don't push Kindle (use D2D instead.) Why did I drop Amazon ads? I wrote a book with "Bible" in the title. In 2014 for 3 weeks it was a Kindle top 10. It sold Ok for me whenever I advertised it ---- Suddenly Amazon would no longer advertise because their algorithm determined its title was too offensive. Title: Live Abundantly! 50 Business Lessons from the Bible. Since then, I've aggressively learned non Amazon advertising. Thank you for this show!!!!!!
