• Ingredients
(makes 3 mini cheesecakes / about 3.1-inch ramekin)
[For the base]
□ 45g Digestive biscuits
□ 21g Unsalted butter, melted
[For the cheesecake]
□ 150g Cream cheese
□ 42g Granulated sugar
□ 1 Large egg(about 55g)
□ 50g Plain yogurt
□ 60g Heavy cream + 50g Corns
□ 6g Corn starch
□ 3g Vanilla extract
□ 60g Corns
□ Corns, for decorating
□ melted butter, for brushing
• Before you start
- Take your cream cheese, eggs, plain yogurt, and heavy cream out of the fridge at least 30 minutes before using.
- Grease each ramekin with melted butter.
- Preheat oven to 355°F/180°C.
