SERIOUSLY!!!!!! KINKY BOOTS NEEDS TO BE A MOVIE WITH BRENDON IN IT AS CHARLIE. I DONT CARE IF ITS A FILMED VERSION OF THE STAGE SHOW OR A MOVIE MOVIE!!!!!!!!!!THIS NEEDS TO BE PRESERVED IN SOME WAY CAUSE IT WAS AN ABSOLUTE EXPERIENCE THAT I WOULD LOVE TO WATCH OVER AND OVER AGAIN
hyunjse covu I have seen it and it is great. I just think that this is a rare thing that happens on broadway. I mean yes many celebrities make short broadway runs, but I feel like Brendon has brought a lot more young fans to like broadway. Possibly fans that aren't fans of broadway musicals if you know what I mean. Actually it was Lin Manuel Miranda that got youngsters to like broadway with his show Hamilton first. And of course Disney. But for Kinky Boots, ticket sales went up when Brendon joined the cast and I don't think thats ever happened before, at least not in a while. And I actually fell in love with the entire cast of Kinky Boots when I saw it, especially J🤗😍.
Me and my sister went to New York specifically to watch Kinky Boots with Brendon in it, and it was AMAZING. We also waited outside the stage door and some of the cast came out and signed autographs and such, but before Brendon came out, we were told not to push, shove, or scream in his face or he'd walk the other way. Me and my sister were unlucky and were in the part of the crowd that screamed and pushed so Brendon ended up walking in the other direction. I was extremely upset, as you might've guessed.
Adela I don't understand what is so hard about listening? Why don't people listen? Or better yet why can't people follow rules? I'm sorry u didn't get an autograph
Angelina Armstrong And now he’s... King of the clouds 😎 It’s been 11 months. I’m responding to a comment that’s 11 months old. But the pun had to be made.
My parents surprised me with a trip to kinky boots and I cried, screamed, and rolled all over the floor Edit: omg I didn't expect this to get so many likes
0:09 I thought he said Brendon was creating a new signature footwear, and I was freaking out like ickdksifneksodn.... then I realized he was talking about kinky boots!!!😂😂😂
I thought this would solely be an interview but no; those pre-split photos made me choke on my milk and I'm literally sobbing from Brendon talking about lgbt+/human rights.
I saved my money for months to be able to fly out to New York and see the show with my grandma. It was the most incredible experience I've ever had. The show was amazing and the whole cast was incredible! Brendon blew me away with how well he did and how comfortable he was on stage even though it was only his second night. I got to meet him afterwards at stage door and he was so incredibly polite and kind and I'm so glad I was able to go.
Story time: so when I was a kiddo I was OBSESSED with musical theater and begged and begged my parents to see kinky boots for my birthday when I first heard they were showing kinky boots so fast forward a few months later and we had 3rd row tickets and I discovered Panic! and fell in love with Brendon’s vocals and once I realized Brendon was the star of kinky boots I started screaming and crying tears of joy so fast forward two weeks later and I was at the theater ready to see kinky boots and I was wearing a Panic! shirt and I was walking to the bathroom and Brendon walked by and said “Hey! I like your shirt!” so I turned around and he winked and that’s when I realized it was Brendon and I said “Hi Brendon! I like your vocals.” And he said thanks and autographed my kinky boots booklet and my Panic! shirt. It was the best day of my life.
Both of them are such great singers!!!! I just recently went to go see PANIC! in concert and they were amazing!!!! I love cindi Laurper too such an amazing vocalist!!!! Panic is now my favorite band and brendon is also really cute lol!!!!
Oh my god I love him so much he is such a beautiful person with a beautiful soul. I have had the chance to see him live 3 times. Twice in concert and once in kinky boots. He is such an amazing performer. The message he sends out always is beautiful. At one point in my life I was extremely depressed, his message and his music helped me through that. I'm so happy I became a part of his fandom otherwise I don't know what would have happened. ❤️❤️❤️
Cyndi Lauper is an eternal idol. We love Cyndi Lauper . No singer has healed my heart as much as Cyndi Lauper . I still vividly remember the overly beautiful Cyndi Lauper I saw at the Budokan in September 1986.
I was watching this hoping that maybe I could watch Kinky Boots soon or some day but then the news anchor hits me by saying that his Broadway ends August 6th... then I realize that it was yesterday 😭😭
Y did this make me emotional. Oh yeh I'm forced to look at pictures and walk by that theater just thinking he was right there and I missed him and he'll be gone in two days...wait did he say he was working on music...YASSS
I’m so glad to call myself a fan- I’m more than glad. This man is a LEGEND. He literally makes me SOOOOOO happy whenever I see his face. God I fucking love him
It's so cool Brendon got to be on broadway I've never heard of kinky boots till todrick hall said he was in it and now Brendon got to be in it I wish I had gone to see it I love both todrick and Brendon
Brenden Urie Ive recently become am even bigger fan and relate to so much and I swear I Enjoy all things music and want to write and sing songs just need my shot one day he's my new fav inspiration
Lemme just say this, like I need a moments though.... So Brendon was born on the West Side like in Utah, Nevada and California before his parents and sibilings are from The West Sides too. He never told us about his secrets about for his musicals like Broadway and all that, but it's not like he's sing in Disney songs, he sangs to give a demo songs to Fall Out Boy before they got here in Brendon's high school in his pasts. I go, "When he's a fan of rock music like Queen, Radiohead, Morrissey and David Bowie? That's NOT how it works here." And he's a mormon like he stayed as from his ages like 12 to 16 before his big break, I thought he just stayed with his family like a normal things. And then he shared of his secrets about his father helped him a smoothie shop, but my answer was "I thought he & his friend worked the shop, but I love to see of his documentation.' and he was 17 years old in 2004 he & his former bandmates wants to sign Fall Out Boy's records cause they never paid till their dues. I thought he was 18 in 2005 to sign not 17! I thought he love to sing since he was 8 like a little boy and he's a fan of Madonna. But it's like now, I feel like 'I don't trust with Brendon cause he had the only he's got cancer, thyroids, blood clots, synesthesia, ADD/AD/HD, open heart surgery and his stroke. And he has his disease in America.' And I thought Brendon was bisexual, not a pan-thing. Listen, I had a great time to listen to Brendon/Panic! At The Disco's songs and 4 albums like "The Vices and Virtues", "Too Weird To Live, Too Rare To Die", "Death Of A Bachelor" and "Pray For The Wicked", they're so many favorites of my playlists songs when I was 1985 and he was 1987, but now this year he released his last album "Viva Las Vengeance" and his tour coming next year before he's retire like he's in major trouble again, I'm not gonna support Brendon/Panic!'s new music 300% this year anymore. PERIOD! To each it's own.
His. Voice is incredible I didn’t know much about him before this came on and when they started the story and he was singing death of a bachelor I was like. This man can sing.
