Well my father went to prison on a 848 for trafficking (heroin) an conspiracy he got booked in 93 and guess what he is still In prison an has no release date that means life no parole..an he was an is a model prisoner he has never been in trouble an has done all kinds of programs so please tell me how he really got out ?? An my father's previous arrest record was light # gun charge# loan sharking ..no previous violence on his record
Dude he got locked up in 2005 and convicted in 2008. That's going to give him credit for 5 to 6 years for time served even in the federal system. 3 years in a halfway house -2 years for the 80 percent. That math's mathing without him snitching. Basically he was sentenced to 30. He's done 19 straight up about 25 with credit toward time served. He's right on time for the halfway house that's the standard program.

First of all nobody get three years halfway house in the feds 85 percent of thirty years is 25 . 5 years so his out date with good time would have been 2030 knock another year off for half way house and a year is a stretching because the most I've seen anybody get in a halfway house is six months . I am not saying the guy is a snitch However he was supposed to get out in 2029 not 2024 . Why he was let out early will come out sooner or later .

I got a 60 year sentence in the feds in 2008 l, for large scale marijuana opwrration.i got out early through court filings and laws changing. That's the same way meech and his brother and lots of others been getting out of the feds early

😆 Man all the laws in the world can get changed, leadership rolls are not eligible for the laws that got put in play for time educations. How I know so well, I been home from the FED’s almost 4 years now from doing 151 months, I nor many others were not eligible for the time cuts due to our leadership roles on our indictments.
