You should use fresh grated Parmesan. What you sprinkled on was not cheese. Check the label. It's full of wood pulp & formaldehyde. (it may say wood cellulose) Once I learned this I use ONLY fresh Parmesan & grate it myself. Who want to eat wood?

All I gotta say is it looks really good. And I shouldn't watch these videos late at night. Now I'm starving.

Your Parmesan cheese has wood fiber in it. Cellulose is wood fiber to prevent cheese from getting little lumps. It also makes the net weight heavier. I prefer the lumps over wood fiber.

Seasoning is a mix of spices and or herbs usually with salt and pepper. Like a chili seasoning. A spice (seeds, bark like cinnamon) is the individual flavor like cumin or chili pepper. An herb (plant) is the individual flavor of parley, coriander etc.

I'm guessing here but to me a seasoning can be dry or liquid and incude a wide range of products while spices are typically always dried forms of herbs and herb blends.

Spice: the seed pod of a plant ex, Cayenne, cumin, cardamom. Herb: The leaf and stem of a plant ex. Parsley, basil, sage. Seasoning: herbs, spices, & mineral (salt) added to food to increase/improve flavor…even butter! Yum

In the future for safety sake (even though your potatoes had obviously cooled),you dont want to bare handed reach into a hot oven and pull out a pan that presumably is hot! When someone that never cooked before sees this they may reach in like you did, and grab a hot pan and burn thereselves. Its always better to aire on the side of caution! Protect yourself.😢

I took you at your word when you said "There are no mistakes". I didn't have the spices you did so I used Famous Dave's Rib Rub combined with Chef Paul Prudhomme's Meat Magic" spices. Parsley flakes, parmesan cheese, and butter added just like yours. I only had half a potato available so I finished off the tray with yellow squash. Both were delicious. When I pulled the tray out of the oven I flipped the potatoes and squash over and let them soak up the juices a bit then I took a small spoon and ladled the goop up from the tray to go on top of my potatoes and squash. It was wonderful.

I think both potato recipes look Amazing. They look so delicious. I would just add freshly shaved parmesan cheese from the brick. As opposed to the powdered one from the canister. I suppose you could also add different variations of the seasoning. You could do real butter and Olive oil and Italian seasoning. Freshly shaved parmesan cheese that would also be amazing, maybe one with paprika. Different types of cheeses maybe something a little bit more pungent. I think this recipe is very versatile, it looks really good, thank you for sharing! I'm also a new subscriber!!

I feel like there was a lot of waisted ingredients with these recipes. They could be prepared in a way with less ingredients and still be just as good.

Spills cheese in the "hot" oven and proceeds to pick it up. "Don't pick it up, you'll burn yourself" puts oven glove back on and closes the oven door. Oh! Potatoes are done! Lets take them out of the oven! Reaches into "hot" oven with bare hands and pulls out metal tray holding cooked "hot" potatoes. 😂
