In India first years get surgeries like appendicectomy, I and D etc. I expected at least we will get some cutting chances and hands on from first year itself
In DE u get to assist a lot in the 1st year n operate n do Sx like Sinus pilo., Nabel/Narbenhernie n recently in my 7th Month I also got to do Lap. App. n CHE, which is rare in Unikliniks :)
