How Disc Harrow Are Manufactured || Production Process of Disc Harrow for Agriculture ! #discharrow #machineshop #machinist #amazingtechnology #pakistanitruck #cuttingedge #manufacturingofdischarrow
It’s hard to beat a true running offset disc. It cut clean and smooth. Not many people know that you can turn to the left without raising them. Turn right and you ruin your day. The heavy gang shaft is very nice as well. Nice work. Your officially “Sodbuster” status.
They looked to be doing a good job of harrowing to me. I'm no farmer but it was interesting to learn that it will cut ok when turning left but not right?
I liked the way he starts the spot weld staring straight at it. He will be totally blind before he’s forty years old. That’s not to mention the skin cancer from not wearing gloves while welding! I guess it’s the sacrifice one makes to feed your family. I grew up working with my dad in the construction business. We mainly remodeled houses. I’ve stood in clouds of asbestos so thick you could write your name in the air without even a dust mask. However, that was before the dangers of it were known.
All he needs is some of those magical power pajamas and a pair of bedazzled safety sandals. Then he'll forget that he is stumbling around in eternal darkness.
I've done a fair amount of welding, and I know that having jigs and fixtures is a real time saver. It also helps assure that each finished piece is just like the original in alignment and function.
You would think they would make a jig for the different steps. Also clean up that shop. Investing in a plasma cutter might also save time but what the heck. Its more fun to do it the hard way
Well if you ain,t have all the tools to make the job easy and you wanna be selling products for a decent price. You ain,t got much choice to do it the hard way.
ya no es maestro es un verdadero artista este maestro.......un verdadero capo.........y sin elementos de seguridad y rapido.........felicitaciones✌✌aqui si que se trabaja........y sin chistar............
I'd be interested in seeing some test done on those welds. I haven't seen anyone bevel the metal on a butt joint or packing grease in a single bearing before installing them.
No different than the welds on farm equipment all around the world and especially USA the cheaper with high inflation and and so called electric cars..
А ты посмотри из чего маска... Стенка канистры! Это тебе не хамелеон какой то!😂😂😂 Пипец парня жалко, к 50 уже калека , а ведь видно работящий! Ему бы возможности!
This workshop is like: for all hands out of boredom. The welder is GOD level - without looking, he cooks the structural elements of the harrow. The headscarves of the reinforcement design are simply a masterpiece. How much do these beautiful pieces of equipment cost? Wrap me a couple🤣
These men are real craftsmen but, they work in almost cavemen conditions. I don't know how they can work every day in flip flop shoes without losing toes. I have great respect for them.
@@sisyphus9252 With 99% of these repair shops none of them grease the bearings no matter how big the machine is, a few squirt a little oil in them but how long would that last.
We can comment a lot on all those Pakistani workshops but instead of crying under a coconut palmtree while wailing 'our families are hungry' those guys work like hell and with initiatives. My compliments, gentleman 😎
Hell yeah that’s true! They bust there asses to feed and take care of there families. I’ve watched a ton of these videos. I could very easily be friends with these guys! Tired of all the ones commenting negative crap!
As having been a Boiler Maker and Certified Structural Welder and most recently a Certified Welding Inspector, all of the welding observed in these videos out of India/Pakistan make me cringe. They are creative and hard working, but you can throw "structural integrity" and safety out the door.
Not enough grease on new bearings. Should have been packed before installing. Then maybe grease fitting to give it a shot once and awhile for good measure lol.
It is hardly nice work TBH, this no look tacking with stick welding is just stupid as you can't see. I weld a lot repairing farm kit and if you can't see you can't weld.
@@TheStuffMade A 500 hp cat put a big crack in that headstock, I plated it up and working since it was fixed this end of harvest... ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-l64DKR7z1k4.html
Bahi sahiab yr app k Pak ke mesrtri etne kabail hian yr fir Disc harrow ki look achhi nhi bante hamare edr India main Disc harrow ki look bahut achhi hoti hai
So this is a 16 disc harrow? We had a Massey Ferguson 14 disc harrow and it was very light and effective. Could be lifted with the tractor hydraulic, no need for rubber wheels to drag it.
