Im confused. I feel ive got damage in three areas. Bent and twisted wrong and it pinged. 6 weeks in and im pretty much same pain. But the sciatic pain is not electric it IS really painful and puts me back to bed after a few minutes of walking or sitting. But i also feel a lump pain in my back im guessing its l3 or 4 . Without an mri i cant tell whats going on . Can you help me understand more? Many thanks for your videos ❤
