Coach what if he writes you on WhatsApp and you told him youve adapted to the changes in your life and you don't want to complain,,and that you're living your life,,is that a good thing to say ??
I kinda messed up my situation, I told her some things after we went out and drank… she said that’s what I walked away from and don’t want to come back after a few months NC 🤦🏽♂️
Coach l love this advice l have a question my ex broke up and block me everywhere for a month but her roommate keeps viewing my status 😅and even commented on status but didn’t respond l think maybe my ex is monitoring me from her friend phone
The content is often quite wellknown, even if noone likes to hear he or she has to transform a lot. But you are a great motivator, Alex, that is your main strength. I feel being in good hands when you are talking in order to motivate me ❤

I handled the break up really poorly for the first week or so and it ended worse then it should have, I started no contact for the past few days but I’m not sure if it will work to get her back eventually. Did I screw up to badly or do I still have a chance?
There is still possibility for a chance, have you considered an accountability letter? It would also depend what happened that lead to the break up. Consider booking 1:1 session so we can help more on personal level! WMEA Customer Support
