Block, delete, and never respond to calls or texts from unfamiliar numbers. Give them nothing.

So many of us are heartbroken here looking for an end to our suffering. I am thankful for this channel. It's been 2 days since i last spoke to my ex. I had a bad reaction because literally 2 days after she moved out I bumped into her and her instagram fanboy who had been feeding her ego since january. After 3 years of our relationship... yeah it must have been 'love' if you can move on this quickly. This is someone who kept saying 'i am so emotionally tired, i dont want any relationship with anyone, i have no feelings i am empty'. What an act. Why do women do this? She literally took the will to live from me through her actions since january till now.

Hi Guys! You two have been my saviour. Thank you so much for your vids. I was pleading til I was blue in the face with my partner of 4 years but the more I begged, the more I pushed him away. I'm now on day 4 of no contact and its only your vids that are getting me through. At this point, I just feel like he hates me and wants nothing more to do with me but I love him so dearly and want him back. One thing you guys haven't got a vid on which would be very helpful in my case, is what to do during a breakup and no contact whilst 17 weeks pregnant. I'm in England so we have free abortions up until 24 weeks but baby is fully formed now, not to mention, i dont believe in abortions but I don't want to be a single parent.This is one of the biggest decisions I've ever had to make in my entire life. Unfortunately I cannot afford to pay for one of your sessions at the moment but a video on my situation would be so appreciated. Keep posting, you're both helping so many people across the world. Thank you ❤

I am really sorry to hear about your break up while expecting a baby. I would advise you keep the baby. Your man will definitely come back. Maintain NC rule. I kept no contact and my ex came back and I left the rebound for her.

Hello love advisor's I'm glad I found you all here it has helped me. My ex just dropped off my storage key in my mailbox. He texted me and I wanted to respond but I didnt. I know I just started no contact. I would of ruin it since I'm trying to do what u guys have said. So I can make a change if we ever happen to get back n the future.

I had to go into No Contact with my beautiful lady and as you can see I still love her and I didn’t want this, I’d prefer to work through things with her but she’s decided to call it a day. I wasn’t needy, clingy, I never begged or pleaded or chased. I went straight into No Contact and I went nearly 1 month and she reached out, I replied and I’ve not heard from her as she’s not carried on with the communication so I’m back into No Contact until she reaches out again. It was a lovely text from her and I replied back in a loving way but I never asked to met up or wanted to talk about our connection.

Sooo… I went NC from a situationship ex 8 years ago. He’s tried contacting me before. Each time, I’ve ignored it bc I wasn’t willing to have a conversation. He JUST reached out again apologizing to me all these years later, I finally replied this time telling him that I DID forgive him years ago and moved on. And he ignored my message lol. Like… he hasn’t even OPENED the message. But simultaneously… he sent me a friend request that’s currently just sitting there. What is that about? Especially when he’s been the one constantly trying to talk to me? I just wanted to respond to give him some grace. But now I’m confused. I’m basically leaving the situation alone now.

Broke up about 3 weeks ago. Been in no contact for 11 days. I posted a photo of my grandad as he died 4 days ago. My ex has texted me 3 times and called me 4 times within the last hour. I’m not sure what to do. I feel too anxious to talk to him. I don’t know if it’s an excuse to make contact or just checking in. 4 calls in an hour seems excessive. He never met my grandad. I don’t want a sympathy call and have to start from scratch. It’s taken a lot to get to where I am now.

Does this work even if he left by cheating on me with another girl and is now dating her ?(he left a month ago) and he is still liking all of my posts, seeing all of my stories, tweets and so on. And he has told me im gonna be the love of his life forever and he loves me and will love me forever, i dont text him but he always ends up doing it after a few days but he is still with her and starting to upload pics with her to social media so its confusing..will it work?

Hello sir we separated 2 September the problem is financial , we plan our future together she want my salary every month too keep it , I ask her what but my account , she start too arguing with a bad word this is hurt me a lot I leave her , 2 September I start to do no contact until 25 th December sometime during no contact she post in social media too get my attention I just ignore her

What happens in a situation were i went into a 30 day no contact after initiating breaking up. I was doing ok until last week when we met and he told me that he is sleeping around. I told him i want to get back together.

If you initiated the breakup you should wait for him to change and prove you that he deserves another chance. If you want to get him back just because he sleeps around it's too needy.
