I set up an account when I first joined, but haven't been able to get back into it! Everything has changed, including my address, and email account. I tried to call and get help, but that was not helpful, as they were too busy and told me call a different day or time.
You’re okay, just put in your info, they will send text msg to you. If for some reason you can’t get in, ss will send a letter in mail with sign in details. They did this for me for my father. My mother was no problem.
