Love the heavy stone lifting. Do you know what the world record weights are for all the stone lifts? Have you thought about trying for one. You cant be far off. Plus thats good tv too

Mate I would be a very long way off I reckon, I don't have the height or bodyweight to put up the top end lifts

you don't recommand rowing, pendlay or bent over row ? and machine such as cable row or chest supported row ?

I found pullups worked very well for me and I get a lot of back work from the farmers walk and then the stones. Rows are a very good choice if you are in the gym or if its too wet outside for me to do the others

Question- aside from the 4x10 on the "main movements" what reps and sets do you recommend for accessory work?

4 days a week is the sweet spot for most people

Each to their own, you can add weight plates suspended by bands and does the exact same thing. It really depends on where your weaknesses is. For so it can be an excellent exercise
