Emaan: I just put one of the orchards in the soda bottle set up and I was wondering how does the plant get the water from the bottle, do I have to loosen the cap. Am I overthinking this.

My Orchid has hard roots below the leaves . They are grey but the Healthy Flower Spikes are ok. So are my leaves. Will I lose healthy Flowers.? my leaves….
