Toa I would be up for that if those reviews were less horrifying. Laxatives and spending a day at the toilet; I can live with that. What they are describing is the entire flow ever of the river Styx in only a day through the size of a straw splashing into the insides of the bowl with the force of an angry God.
I remember once I constipated so badly I could not poop for over 24 hours and I was literally crying. After some medicines helped I was literally so tired as if I just gave birth. Since then I am always conscious about my food and eat vegetables even if I hate them. It's sooo painful. Pro tip: don't peel the apples and cucumbers. The fibres in the peel really help. Now even when craving French fries I leave the skin on. The fries actually taste better.
This was great, thanks, been searching for "is it safe to take dulcolax daily" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Riyharlotte Unfamiliar Release - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now )? It is a smashing one off product for discovering how to eliminate your constipation minus the headache. Ive heard some great things about it and my m8 got amazing results with it.
This is just superb, I've been looking for "how long does it take for dulcolax to wear off?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Seyilliamit Uncomplicated Solution - (do a google search ) ? It is a good one off guide for eradicating your constipation issues minus the hard work. I've heard some great things about it and my mate got cool success with it.
SilentS Perhaps, but, I had to have my gallbladder removed at age 20, even though I wasn't obese and didn't have high cholesterol. My doctors thought my gallstones might have been the result of vagal nerve dysfunction, and, I have a Chiari Malformation, a congenital brain malformation where the cerebellum blocks the flow of CSF. This can compress the cranial nerves, including the vagal nerve, and I had recently had surgery to alleviate the severe pressure headaches and balance problems caused by the Chiari.
Wasn't the US, but rather Norway. The Norwegian Government ordered cans of King Oscar sardines they were selling to the German Navy be tainted with laxatives.
My father, a pharmacist, told me to remember which foods, "did not agree with me". He stated that using food to assist in the evacuation of poop was easier on the body than some medications. So, for me, eating onions is better option than laxatives. For others, sugar free gummi bears or taco bell may be a remedy for constipation.
Coffee usually does it for me! But obviously laxatives clear out the whole system, so it just depends on what is really needed. Sometimes a full clean out is needed…
For me any dairy as im lactose. But im currently been backed up for couple days and i drank a cup of milk and did nothing for me. Finally today i took a mix of 2 prunes, 2 lax pills, and 2 drops of chlorophyl in 6oz of water and that did the job finally. I got to the point where im scared to eat.
I know I’m five years late but, im currently 27 years old (fairly young). Up until my senior I was a very healthy guy, ate and pooped normally. One day my appendix burst but I thought I was just constipated but the stomach pain hurt like nothing I’ve ever felt before (feels like a fire in your stomach and you can’t poop) so I had to get surgery and a few months later I developed abdominal adhesions (your intestines basically stick together blocking your bowels) boom got another surgery for that. so now Pooping is like a luxury for me! Brands like the ducolax pills and ducolax mint flavored liquid and fleet saline enemas are a life savor! For anyone suffering from chronic constipation trust me the brands I just listed works wonders! Hopefully this helps someone in need.
I'm a little disappointed they didn't mention laxative abuse with the recommendation to give someone an assist. It can be really intense and its consequences are some of the most awful of common eating disorders.
For me.... more like once a week for an hour and a half and by the time I'm done I look like I just came out of a swimming pool because I am drenched in sweat.
I'm a college student . I poop every day at 7am before starting my day.Man i feel relaxed and not stressed the hole day! Ps: in summer i poop like 1time in 3days or 2 lol
The only time in my life when I pooped regularly once a day was when I was eating oatmeal/granola with milk and/or yoghurt every day for breakfast. It also made me nauseous for a few hours afterwards though so I figured I am mildly lactose intolerant - I'm fine if I eat some dairy every once in a while, like sometimes some ice cream or some - not much though - cheese or if some cream or milk goes inside a dish, I am completely fine but if there is a lot of dairy in a dish or if I eat dairy more than only occasionally, I start pooping regularly (which is a good thing) but also my stomach gets upset and I get nauseous. So I limit my dairy consumption, healthy pooping be damned.
Some people poop everyday ,what??? I poop twice a week at MOST , I also get stomach cramps and pains and most laxatives don’t work for me ,is that an issue 😂😬
thought i would learn something new while fighting for my life on the toilet. being constipated is genuinely one of the MOST uncomfortable feelings ever.
I need Laxatives ofter because I'm on opioids haha I use lactose sugar lactulose works amazing and the taste of is good especially if you love milk, don't worry about the calories as you don't digest most of it, 10ml or more max 50ml and you will be spray painting within the hour good for pranking as you can spike it easly in hot choclate or something haha
I’ve been prescribed a morphine pain patch. Been on it for 3 months now & I’ve gone from pooping every day all my life to twice a week. Dr has told me that as long as I’m on the pain patch I will have to take laxatives every night. I am really concerned about this as I keep hearing how dangerous that can be😒any advice anyone? Please 🙏🏼
I remember being given a white plastic-like powder to deal with some post-surgical digestive complications many years ago, most powerful laxative I've ever experienced. I remember it was labeled as "polyethylene glycol", and I was curious about how the name was so close to that of antifreeze, yet the substance's appearance was so close to powdered polyethylene.
Sounds like Miralax. Though, its actually not that powerful when stacked up against others. Instead of stimulating the bowels to move, it adds water to your tract to move things along. It's a lot gentler on the body and doesn't result in as much cramping pain or shakiness. But for those with lower GI issues, it's often not enough.
Kaalyn - OPG Just looked it up; you're right, that's the stuff. No idea why it worked like that for me then, but this wasn't like Exlax or too much polyol sweetener giving me the runs, this was like being power-flushed with Drano and/or having a kitchen sink disposer running in my gut, pulverizing everything into weird looking shreds. I was curious what the classification of this laxative's activity would be (the wikipedia article wasn't very specific). Your description makes it seem osmotic, but would plastic granules have that effect?
Also the way western toilets are designed , bad position for your body to release. We’re naturally meant to squat for #1 and #2 so I think that will cause issues in some people 🤷♀️I know I do better with my feet on a stool lol
mapffff It could be because you're burning alot of the food you eat quick so you should eat more or not if you're trying to lose weight or it could be ass cancer
I think milk makes me constipated. I always drank a jug full everyday when little and now I get constipation from 1 glass within an hour :( why!??!!??!
For one milk is a base that counteracts the acidity in your gastrointestinal track, secondly you could have low metabolism now because of a lot of reasons like age
@@Diasilva yea my metabolism is super low. I barley need to eat but the thing that confuses me is I get diarrhea the next day after my constipation the previous day :(
@@KILLRXNOEVIRUS You have to eat regularly, and nutrient dense food. drink 3 liters of water a day and increase fiber (use prune juice and a fiber one chocolate bar they really work!). You have to walk 30 minutes at least every other day. Otherwise, you'll eat Chinese and then your body has a hard time processing it and when it finally comes out you have diarrhea which further dehydrates you and worsens the constipation. Just improve your diet and activity level. Otherwise mention it during your next check up
Whenever I feel like I’m gonna poop soon, I take folic acid (400mcg), basically fiber, and that just helps nothing stay behind when I poop, and it puts my digestive system in place and corrects any discomfort I might feel, like I feel like a weight got lifted off my shoulders sometimes, like fiber was good for me. Also I have an addiction to eating nuts, I started collecting the jars lmao cause why not, (almonds, cashews, pecans, pistachios, macadamias, etc.) I poop every 2 days I’d say.
Osmotic Laxative can dehydrate you (and Gut Cramps) so take them with Caution. if you can't pass stool and you don't have laxative, drink half a cup of water and wait 5 mins go to bathroom rinse and repeat (water takes 5 mins to get to your gut after you drink it) idk how true is this but hope its helpful may God be with you
