So let's say you are in a relationship, and you break up, instead of focusing on what the other person did wrong, focus on how you could have been better during the relationship, focus on what YOU can change, since you can only 100% count on yourself, no-one else

I think just a slightly better rephrasing of the key idea: We don't realize we spend so much energy on things we don't impact, for example things involving others. So we don't focus or spend that energy on our selves, our conclusions. So we don't spend the time being aware of this whole other circuit, of (something like the?) ego (or ego + others?), and so it ends up being a meh random reaction, to what could otherwise be aligned to your actual realizations of life are - your conclusions. (?)

It's easy to unconsciously get pulled into the plethora of stuff in life. Unintentionally ignoring ourselves and letting ourselves (or various aspects of ourselves) run in autopilot unchecked.

Guys, I'm aware on how the algorithm works. What's actually strange is the fact that this isn't a video made by RU-vid solely in response to my Google searches. This is a video posted by a youtuber. And the confusion lies in, why does this youtuber keep posting videos in which I have recently Google searched. Because obviously, this youtuber's decision to post this video wasn't made as in "Oh, gg searched this in Google, imma upload a clip about it on RU-vid". No. These clips are made to promote his videos in ways that most effectively grabs attention in correlation to what subscribers are doing. So the question still stands, why do consistently manage to Google search most topics right before uploads.

Make it a habit. Write your thoughts and discoveries down about yourself. Learn what this vile thing is where it comes from and keep thinking and processing until you figure out how to get rid of it.
