===About Me===
My Name is Alex (crazy, right?) I basically spent the first 22 years of my life as obese with no friends. Then I spent 2 years losing 150 pounds and being less obese with no friends. Shortly after, a decade ago I got a chance to start over in a new city and I was determined to toss myself into life head first. I went to toastmasters, improv, endless meetups, I made the first friend in my life at 24 years old within 3 weeks of moving to this new city. Over the next decade I took workshops around the world and learned from some of the best teachers. I've had about a dozen connections over this period that dramatically changed my entire life in directions I never expected. I learned how to be more charismatic through a decade of trial and error and working with some of the best teachers I could find. Nothing has changed my life more than the deep connections I formed over time, and that's why I'm here to share my favorite lessons, and tips, especially ones I got wrong for years before they finally clicked into place.
