It was happening to me for years in high school. So I was getting up 40 minutes earlier than usual, drink a glass of hot milk, automatically going to the bathroom to do the job and than go to school. Always worked for me. Just don’t feel bad about it, it is a natural process. But if you have abdominal pain, constant diarrhea or something that stops you from having a normal life. Contact the doctor.
It happened to me what I did is i forced my self to not go to the bathroom when i get the anxiety and slowly I stopped thinking that I need the bathroom🫶🏽
Thank you Dr Hansen. Yes, drink plenty of water to help dehydrated and stop eating fatty foods. My experience was food poisoning, it took two days to recover... 😂
I just had mine two weeks ago. Stomach cramped... ate left over antibiotics, amoxillin and I got high fever and chills.. went to urgent clinic next day, and got some more antibiotics, bacter, I think that's what it call. Suppose to be stronger than amoxillin.

Dr Hansen you have to help me!!!! I had a diarrhea yesterday and it was bright green color. It stunk bad too. I have never had a diarrhea this bright green color before. I did eat Indian food the day before. Had bean soup and buttery chicken. The meal was rather delightful so I am not sure that is the culprit of my bowels now. Dr Hansen you are the best manure on all RU-vid. I am told you are such an expert on diarrhea that when I think of manure I think of you every time. Please help with this green diarrhea!!!
It’s reverse osmosis , was wondering if your place had been using this process to filter out water. The place where I am in have implemented this about 2 weeks ago and I started getting diarrhea the other day so was wondering id it was jot the case
Oh dr hansen!!!! Thank our lucky stars we have you here to help all us sufferers of the chronic diarrhea!!! Some days my diarrhea is so bad it’s like a brown green river of “liquid lava” burning up my tender sphincter. I notice lately my diarrhea is very foul smelling and has small yellow dots in it. I can send you a photo if you want. I have several dozen. I can’t thank you enough for the personal interest you take in us common folks and our bowel movements. I sleep better at night knowing you are on the case!!! When I have feces I think about YOU dr hansen!!!! You are truly number 1 about number 2!!!!
I ate at Taco Bell last night. Nachos and Mexican pizza. No special sauce. This morning I had massive diarrhea. Brown color. Very strange odor. Similar stunk like dog Doo except sweeter. I am wondering what is this?? Thank you

Dr Hansen I am told you actually did a residency in bowel movements and are therefore an expert in the diarrhea. I applaud you for this. I am told your residency was 4 years long and that you were on call 100 hours a week to care for people with many different feces problems. I am so glad we have people like you who have devoted their education to our bowel movements. When I think about feces I think of you!!! You are the best!!!
Me and my mum have had stomach cramps like never before like contractions it’s horrible you feel like ya gonna throw up and go to the toilet every 5 mins wish me and my mum luck 🙏🏼
Dr Jansen I have a new trick to help with the diarrhea. I will share it with you because I know you have devoted your life to our bowels. I find that if I hold the diarrhea in as long as possible it seems to make it congealed into a semi liquify semi solid bowel movement. I find the release of this to be actually quite soothing on my rectal. I note the pure liquid diarrhea can be a bit irritating. I hope this trick will help your many patients with bowel movements. Please try it yourself. I think your bowels will thank you

I had diarrhea 6 times so far today and still feel more coming. Also the last 2 stunked terrible. I had to hold my breath. They are yellowish. I did eat a hot dog yesterday. What do you think it is? Thank you for being such a grand expert on diarrhea to help us all
Yellow could mean that the fat wasn’t digested due to the food moving too fast through the digestive tract. If this continues for a while please check it out with a gastrointestinal doctor as this could mean something with gallbladder, liver, or pancreas. Best of luck.
@@cadilger1 thank you. I ate just eggs all day yesterday and water. Now my diarrhea has stopped. Had one manure this morning. Was brown with small green streak. About 4 inches long. Semi soft. Had consistent similar to pudding snack. It still stunks terrible. Should I still be worried? Thank you.
Thank you all so much for your concern about my bowel manure. Just to give you all an update. I had this morning a huge manure. Brownish green. Stunk horrible. Smelled similar to dog manure except worse. Not sure if that is an important fact. I did eat a bag of Doritos yesterday. Nacho flavor. This may be important. So far no diarrhea yet . Dearest dr hanson. I have a very interesting situation I hope you can solve. I woke up this morning and had a huge bowel movement at approximately 7 am. Then at approximately 10 am I felt a cramp and had a huge explosive diarrhea. It stunk bad and had small green dots in it. Like glitter. My wife says she has never heard of anything like this. I want to know how this is even possible?? Please dr hamson help my bowels
Please help, I've been having diarrhea for 2 days and I don't know what caused it😭, I'm having severe abdominal pain and I don't know what to do😭, I've been eating the BRAT diet and drinking a lot of water but it still doesn't seem to have any effect 😭

This is my third time i have stayed in the hospital for 2times for over 4days each time plus the three days when i went to the hospital at night to get injection this hurtssss
I’ve been having it for 7 months non stop now. Had colonoscopy they didn’t find anything so just was told to take Imodium and high fiber diet bout 2 months ago still hasn’t done much.
@@kathleenking47 yeah that did nothing either. Finally got on some medication called mesalamine permanently and that seems to of solved the issue entirely.
Mine isnt too bad i could hold it but its very repetitive but thank you so much for this this is very useful Mine just cane very sudden and im not really sure whats caused it
I notice if I eat lots of garlic I will have massive exploding diarrhea. Usually it is in about an hour. What do you think dr hansen? Is my bowel movements rare and unusual? No one else I know has this bowel syndrome. Thank you for your ecpertise
