An other option for the " How do you pee in a spidersuit" question. There is another option for the suits, it's the 7 pieces suit option. So the Mask, the foot boots, the gloves, the upper body and the lower body. It's like wearing a multiple pieces combination. That's what i am going to take. So there is no zipper, it's easier to get in and get out. A lot of things are better.
if you order a seven piece suit from print costume make sure to ask them to extend the shirt or legs because I ordered a seven piece suit and the top rides up too high
A good answer to how to go to the restroom in a Spider-Man suit is kai’s suit from PSM. He has a detachment option from the belt and pants and I think this is actually pretty helpful.
Man this begs the question in universe too. I wonder how many times Peter has been swinging through New York looking for the nearest place to pee, to then get caught up in a multi-hour long adventure chasing down villains because there’s no time to lose. Holding your pee can lead to E.D. and other health problems but our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man makes those kinds of sacrifices.
Idea for web wings for any fellow cosplayers: (I might try this myself btw. If I do ill update) So maybe try making them yourself. Just get some fabric, double it up nice side to nice side, sew most of the way around so youll have a nice thicker fabric with a clean edge, flip inside out and add designs. Then heres where my idea to attach it comes. Sew a little pouch and sew a magnet inside of it. Make 8. Attach 2 (of 3 depending how it curves you might want one at the armpit) to each wing one at the top and one at the bottom. Then add some to what you wear underneath your suit. You can even add velcro to the magnet pouches and velcro to what you wear under so you can attach and detach it. Use the wings as a guide on where to put the magnets. Then put the suit over and attach the wings with the magnets. Idk how well itd work but its an idea. Its removable and wont ruin your suit then. Its not a permanent change (may be permanent to the underneath depending on how you sew on the magnets) and you can mess with it until it works how you like
Amazon suits are tricky. ive heard great and poor things on them. One thing i can guarantee is they dont have custom sizing or higher quality fabric comared to the other suits. Yes they "hold up" i have my own amazon suit. but compared to a printshop, I personally wouldnt use it. However its a great option to go with if you dont want the printshop.
i probably phrased it wrong lol. in terms of in that moment or for tiktoks. it’s quick to get into my suit. but at a con or on a shoot when you’re sweaty… yea that’s not great 😂

Can you do a video of a q and a but also include detached gloves from print costume? It would help me a lot on deciding whether or not to get detached gloves or not. I have gotten forearm zippers and it ripped immediately and I'm wondering if detached gloves are better.

sorry for the late response, lets see if i can help. 1. If you plan to wear shoes as part of your outfit, such as sneakers, boots, vans, etc. Then dont get any foot option. If you want the suit to have a shoe bottom installed, get the kung fu shoe with soles. Im not sure if youre character wears shoes, so take this as you will 2.I personally always recommend the faceshell and lense combo. Looks the cleanest, and if you want the lenses, you should always have a shell for it to attach to. 3. Personal preference, ultra thick is a stronger material and holds the color better, but standard lycra isnt bad. 4.U zip, always U zip 5.No 6. Since you are wearing a jacket, the gloves would be a good option bc the jacket hids the overlap, and no wrist zipper to possibly break. 7.Yes 8.Not needed 9.No 10. Only get the forearm zip if you are getting attached gloves. With detached gloves, its not needed. 11. No 12. Yes 13. No 14. You need a mask right? If your sona has a mask, like question 2 suggests, yes youd need a mask. 15. Yes, if you plan to get a facshell you need the open eye holes. 16. Depends on your emblem. Overall the custom Sona seems cool! But I would take some time to see what options actually apply to your design. Things like the cargos and jacket mean that maybe you dont even need a full suit. You could just get a long sleeve compression shirt for 20$ and save the money on a full suit. Since the cargos and jacket cover evertthing. And withg the gloves,, are they fingerless spider gloves attached to the suit? or seperate? Some of the options dont apply to your design bc its custom, which is okay, but consider some alternative options to kit bash your design before you commit to a full suit, especially if you may not need it,

is it possible to "mix and match" when it comes to face shells? is it possible to just have one shell and use multiple types of lenses on the one shell or are they all made for diffrent lens sizes?
@@TheJediBrick most shells are designed to fit a single lense set. so interchanging lenses doesn’t usually work. inconvenient i know. unless it’s just the same shell with multiple color lense variants

Awesome vids, can i ask you about what would be best for heat and sweat if you want to do a routine with a lot of physical stunts with the mask on and thus will be sweating a lot. Face shell or no face shell? I imagine faceshell would make you hotter, but at the same time I worry the mask cloth would start sticking to your wet face without the shell? Love to know your opinion, thank you !
i’ve noticed the heat and sweat depend greatly on the weather. not so much what you’re wearing. yes a faceshell will accumulate more sweat buildup. and more so in hot weather. I don’t wear a mask w out a shell so i don’t worry about that. but i can say my suit does stick a little if i’m sweating in heat. ideal suit temps are 60-70 F. above or below that you tend to struggle a bit

tough one. You can try layering clothing under it to hope it expands. That or you can try to re tailor your suit. But thats a risky move. I know witha spider suit that dosent fit, theres limited options to changing it.
couldn't you could get attached gloves than cut a slit horizontally at the wrist and just stretch the fabric over your hand and fingers and the slit would be hidden?
What are your thoughts on Etsy Spidey suits also if you’re at a convention sometime if you see someone in a suit offer to hlep them in a chance if they help you
ive never gotten a spider suit on etsy. Id be a little cautious given that anyone can list anything on etsy. Theres no guarantee it will be a profe4ssional suit like the print shops give, youre putting faith in the seller. And yes if someone is struggling to get into a suit, you can offer to help, but respect their boundires.
For peeing on a spider-man suit, i know some people might laugh but, get some dieapers i'd say? There's diapers for adults so maybe just throw a diaper in and it should help you.
i dont think thats the best option, simply in terms of width. How it will show through a skin tight suit. Also lycra likes to attach scents to it, which is why you have to keep it clean. I dont see that working too well, good idea nontheless.
