I had in at 19 years till 28 age, doctors in my country have no idea why I am fatigued mood swing and lost ability!? It makes life pathetic esp in case of youngsters
Living with low testosterone is the toughest thing for any young guy. He cannot fully enjoy his life without this important hormone. But there is not also any good treatment available which can make the body produce it's own testosterone naturally except TRT which has so many dangerous side effects . I am facing this problem at just 19 years of age. following a good time routine, food, sleep and exercise but no significant effect. Can't understand what to do?
For me i was only 19 and had the testosterone of my grandad but i survived but now im 23 and have less than my grandad 😂 its depressing being this young but i complain of feeling so old
I've also been through that.... i used to be on the psychiatric medicines which was prescribed to me cuz of depression.... and believe me if anything these medicines does is to make the problem even more severe and make you dependent on those medicines and these medications also lower the t levels..... cuz at that time i had my blood work and my t levels were literally 375ng/dl...which is pretty low for a guy age 20...
I'm 36 and I don't have the motivation I used to. I have low libido as well. However how I feel about women is that I understand them too much could this mindset have changed me? My cognitive function is actually the best and doens't seem to be effected though. Energy levels is best described as near infinite for me. So I don't know what the problem is. I might have subconscious depression for all I know.
43? WTF, I Had It Checked When I Was 15 (I'm 16 Now) And I Had 103, Which Was Considered As Very Low, The Levels My Age Were Supposed To Be 246 (Minimum)
@@gazzawima Oh, maybe you got your reading wrong or something, or maybe my case is not that bad. By the way, did you have trouble going through puberty, like did you have late puberty, well I have still have not gone through it
Tested low in my early 20's but doctors didn't want to prescribe me testosterone at that age. Now at 35 I'm feeling tired ALL the time, no matter how much sleep or rest I get. Sex drive is non-existent majority of the time. I'll supplement with DAA, fenugreek and zinc which helps short term but always fades.
@@IsItOver2well unlike others I was diagnosed by a doctor at a young age and I take stimulant medication for it. I didn’t just google it, but tbh I get ur point I think people think it’s quirky to have it. I do think that people have had it for a long time but it wasn’t treated and no one really brought it up until not too long ago.
yea ik but the requirements for diagnosis have gotten really slim so they can get alot of people on month prescriptions but yea idk Ur point is still sorta valid
I'm 88, my testosterone is 1100. I eat 2 Milky way bars each morning then jog for 9 hours. I have my dinner around 6; 2 Twix bars with 23 eggs and go to bed. I've been doing this routine all my life for the past 2 weeks. It's true that I'm considered old at, almost, 89. But I feel like I'm 70!
Damn. I tested in the 150 range & I’m 27. Tried test boosters & everything to help, but type 1 diabetes is a bitch. shit makes me suicidal lowkey cause I can’t relate to everybody else, everyone seems so hyper sexual
Sir plzzz reply..i got tested by thyrocare ltd... My (age 24 ,male hit Gym regular)got my total testosterone was 885.75ng/dl and range was (164.94-753.38) Now I'm confused 😕😕😢😢😢 Please help... It is good or bad for me( how to take it in normal range).. thank in advance for help sir ❤🙏
I’m 23 male and my testosterone level is 441 ng/dl. Is it good and normal? My sex drive is bit low nowadays and can’t get good erection. Any suggestion please?
Easily fixable if you start lifting (don't forget your legs), have an animal based diet (meats and dairy), sleep for 8 hours and boom. 1500 ng testosterone in 2 years max
This is bs, those symptoms can be traced back to a multitude of causes including stress, lack of sleep, constant impairment, etc. If you’re below the age of 30 you shouldn’t have these problems and if you do then it’s whatever’s in your food or possibility of medication being involved
I don’t think you understand that lack of sleep and stress cause these symptoms because they are some of the main factors of decreasing testosterone. Testosterone is still why people feel this way. If you can decrease stress, increase your sleep, drink more water eat more healthy food, and do more exercise you will not feel any of these symptoms, because you fixed your hormones. But you’ll be suprised how many young people don’t exercise for more than half an hour a day, are constantly stressed because of school, and get very little sleep.
I m 13 i never worked out or anything but damn i have so much fucking hair on nearly every part of my body i have my beard growing and i have a full grown mustache sorry if i pronounced it wrong
I am not yet I have low testosterone. I eat meat, butter, eggs, I exercise regularly. I used to have really high T at one point. Also women don't excite me like they used to.
@@nuclearmantis666 Nah omnivore diet. Currently I'm trying fasting and drink very little soda than I used to. I'm wondering if it's a problem with blood circulation. I still like eating root and cruciferous vegetables no money to get blood checked but should once I hit my stride.
@@bizznick444joe7 what you can find on a hormone panel your free test to total testosterone, if you shbg is low, you free test is high, if your total test is high but your shbg is also high your free test wil be low, free test meaning test available in your body, You seem to do the good things, so props
Testosterone is a hormone and a low testosterone count within men is a serious problem. Toxic masculinity is a phrase created by misandrists. And judging by the way you portray yourself with a lack of empathy towards good men suffering from a serious medical condition we can see that you are neither a nice or a kind person. God willing that you become a kinder person for us all ✝️
Either I have a Thyroid Issue, which my sister and cousin have. Or it’s Low T. Either way I’m not going to the doctor because I’m a god damn man. And by that I mean Ameri-CAN. And by *that* I mean… I have terrible health insurance that won’t cover it. 🇺🇸🫡🦅
