Im now 7 days past my procedure. Pain was very minimal almost none. Painkiller given was celebrex. Itching from the stubble growing back and the hyper sensitive head is more of an issue for me. Urine flow also sprays everywhere for the first 3 or 4 days. The pressure from the flow is evident due to the hyper sensitive meatus.

Erection pain is minimal as i keep the erection down with deep breathing. But during the night i did notice some very small amount of blood on the sheets on day 3 and day 6. Maybe some bustin due to erection at night

Whether the circumcision is high cut or low cut, at least some frenulum will be removed because it is anchored into the ridged band junction where the inner and outer foreskin meets, and the lower the cut the more frenulum loss.

Yes it's painful especially the 4 huge needles going straight in your dick . It hurt like all hell and it wasn't enough I think I needed more anastatic cos I could feel some pain during surgery mainly when the main incision was done and some stitching . No, once the skin is removed, the only way to gain more slack between the scar and the glans is to either use stretching techniques similar to manual foreskin restoration to grow new skin or possibly a skin graft.

I was circumcised at birth. But I can definitely 100% say that if you were to get fully circumcised, the extreme sensitivity of your glans exposed to stimuli from fabrics and touch will definitely go away If you have a legit issue with extreme sensitivity then circumcision sounds like the perfect solution.

@@rahulmunjral8829 I got a medical indication that says phimosis yes but with me it was not too tight, just way too much. It was like a little elephant trunk haha. And it caused lots of problems, like urine that would stay there, causing red, irritated skin and itching. Needed to wash myself 2 or 3 times a day. Also it caused for sexual problems. I'm 31 so a bit older already. Im at day 12 now and the stichtes finally are becoming less sensitive and painful. They are still all in though. Also there is still quite some swelling. But since a night or 2 the erections in my sleep are getting less painful. I actually slept through some last night for the first time since surgery. Also today is the first day I had pants on again because it wasnt too painful. So I guesse it's different with everyone but like I said, going to work after 4 days is NOT possible in my case at all and I think it will be the same for a lot of other men.

I recommend extra Vaseline when wearing underwear ,it’s a little messy but it helps. Keep ice pac below belly at all times while at home.

It's very obvious that it's different for everyone. It's still very early days for me, had mine done 28 hours ago. The worst pain was the anesthetic injections direct into the penis (I had a local anesthetic as my veins are destroyed from a few years of being a drug addict in the distant past!). Not had ANY post operative pain amazingly, just a hugely increased level of sensitivity of the head of the penis.

@@lothburke2243 The male surgeon that I had really wanted me to have the general because apparently it can end up taking longer with just a local because the patient often keeps crying / screaming / asking to have a break! The anaesthetist was female and explained the pros and cons of both options, and was honest about the chances of being able to hit a good vein in my arms (slim to none). The advantage of the local is that as soon as the surgery was over, I was good to go home. Literally wheeled out of the operating theatre, got dressed and went home! The disadvantage is the pain of the injections, which are somewhat unpleasant. Wasn't the smallest needle I've ever seen LOL. Last time I used one THAT size, it was for body piercing, and it wasn't going into my penis! I'm really amazed, it's now been about 31 hours, and there is still no pain, just massively increased sensitivity of the head, which is probably no different from if I'd kept it retracted.

I was able to pat it dry so i think sensitivity has gone down (i pat it down using some kind of underware) i might have let a small part but it is fine i did as much as i could, so i think showering will be fine for me. Now i just got to desensitise the glans more. Although i hope i can still masturbait the same as before (i don't want to, i am just afraid i won't be able to).

I don't recommend cus you will need stitches I got mine removed 2 days ago, fully put to sleep and no pain as long as you take medication, also I'd empty the sack before doing this procedure to prolong erections as long as possible
