Not understanding how pressure with a block makes adhesions go away though. I get pressure of something with the same density as bone, but pressure against something hard is constricting flow in that moment, then maybe there is more flow afterwards. But what is the action of pressure that removes adhesions.. It doesn't make sense. I could see how stretching would help. What am I missing?
