Working by consensus instead of just following the pope requires more prayer and more civility among the leadership of the Church. I think that is a praiseworthy practice.

Unfortunately our world is fallen, by now after 2002 years the whole of Earth should have been Orthodox. There is too much Jealousy in the Church. Jesus forgive them and forgive us.
