Mine did not come with instructions however after contacting customer service they did the right thing and said they would ship them Out to me. I will update once I am able to read the instructions and recipes . So far I do like the product just hard to fully experience it without the manual. Thanks!
Hello Peter, for MioMat to make very creamy milk it has to spin its blades at super high speeds and this also creates froth. When you will be pouring the milk out of MioMat into some kind of pitcher the froth will disappear. Or you can scrape it off right away. Hope this helps. Viktoria
Hi :) When something is wrong, your MioMat will flash all of its lights and beep out the error code which will tell you what is wrong. Here is the list of errors [beep] pause [beep] pause [beep]... - Error 1 No water error - to fix this error add cold water between the lines indicated inside [beep][beep] pause [beep][beep] pause [beep][beep]… - Error 2 Hot water error - remove the how water from the MioMat and add cold water between the lines indicated inside the MioMat There is also Error 5 which indicates the wrong voltage - please check if you are using the correct voltage (110 or 220 volts) - the correct voltage is indicated at the bottom of your MioMat.
