I bag a Bard, Harp and an Anvil. I'd say Bard and Harp have similar stability but the Bard is a touch more glidey and faster so it goes further. Anvil is significantly more overstable and even less glidey than the Harp.

i throw champ mcbeth roc3s and for me the bard is 1 to 2 points more over stable. i bag a total of 6 mids. 3 kcpro rocs, a mcbeth roc3, the bard and the justice. So the stability for me is the kcpro rocs are the straight to understable the mcbeth roc3 has a little stability at the end, the bard is stable and the justice is beef.

@@WADT0073 exactly. The flight numbers for the roc3 would suggest it's overstable. It's a great disc, but it's closer to a buzzz. I'd say even a champs numbers are closer to 5/5/0/1

The verdict is a very good shallow version of the bard. It also fits your hand well if you like the feel of an emac truth. The verdict was actually the first version of the emac truth but eric mcabe said ir was too over stabke for what he wanted but they kept the disc and called it the verdict.

A lesser known and underrated pick would be the DGA Quake. Got it to be a more overstable emac truth and it fits the bill nicely. Was impressed with the quality of the PL plastic as well

I bag the Prodigy MX-1 (5 3 0 4) to supplement a beat in Champion Roc3 (which tends to flip up and glide much further). Why is there no love for the Roc3 in this comparison?

I have a 175g Axiom Pyro in Prism Plasma plastic that is a mainstay in my bag. It's one of the most reliable discs I have, and I love throwing it! The Verdict is a very good overstable mid as well.

Yeah. Thank you Six Sided Discs. A Westside discs is getting front and centre attention. I bag a Bard, but always want it to fly like a Justice. I definitely need to get more field work with it.

I do throw the Middy and Walker from Lone Star Disc. Middy is fairly like the Buzzz OS and the Walker is more like a Zone with a touch more stability

I bought a bard because it seemed interesting, i can't throw the damn thing to save my life. It flexes beautifully when i manage to throw it on an anhyzer, but what i've noticed is when it flips over it starts to "cut" and it doesn't stop cutting until it slams into the ground. Throw it on a big hyzer and you can make it do a wide u-turn, perfect utility for rounding trees and corners.

Used to throw the Bard and quite liked it, but eventually decided that I don't really need a mid between the Anvil and Felon as those two can cover the same shots.

MD5 and Anvil. MD5 is more of an off the tee/long approach Anvil I use for the shorter flexy stuff. Almost interchangeable but the MD5 is willing to go straight a tad bit more

I’ve bagged the Caiman for almost three years now. When the Toro came out, I tried it and, I loved it. Now I can’t decide, so I just bag both. I’ve also had a love affair with the Pyro. It’s a fantastic disc. It’s in and out of the bag only because that one I don’t want to lose. It’s too pretty. My Caiman and Toro are easily replaceable. I’ve also had the Silicon and the Bobcat in the bag for several months. All great over stable mids.

I used to throw Innova ROC for this but as it got beat in it now has almost no fade and flies super straight. So now the Elevation Gecko is occupying this slot. It’s a 9 speed but it’s suuuper overstable so I can’t throw it as a driver... yet. Congrats to Kaleb for the Ace! Oh and was that d&d energy I sensed in the beginning of the video? 🤣

I have a bard, but my overstate mid is the AGL Magnolia. Goes further, more predictable both forehand and backhand. Sometimes a one disc round disc.

Own many Lat64 Pain, now OOP. Flight numbers seem similar. Bard didn't feel or fly better for me, especially since it's a little tougher to find in TP plastic.

Verdict, Quake, and Hornet are my favorites in this slot. They all fly about the same. More glide/less fade than Justice/Mutant/Anvil/Gator or even Buzzz OS, but still overstable enough to take a good bit of forehand juice.

I throw a pyro. Its a touch less stable but living at 5500 elevation, you have to get less stable discs for similar flights as those with more.

I'm throwing a Loft Silicon. 5 4 0 3. Top is pretty flat, but it offers good glide anyway, and isnt terribly deep.

I agree. I have two from the Queen Box (well, one now) and they seem to fly straighter for me than the numbers suggest. Unless I throw it on an exaggerated hyzer angle.
