@26 min. Australia national sports are RL and Aussie rules?.. Wrong! Only Aussie rules is national .Football ( soccer ) is played nationally, but much smaller. IF all 60% of total men’s football players from Aussie Rules played RU instead, Australia would be unbeatable in world RU. In reality RU is very small in Australia AND missing critically in the commentary , IS 7 Wallabies are from Fiji heritage. The Wallabies v Fiji match was 75 % Fiji origin players from a country of 1 million. Eat that fact.

eddie jones...! what a mistake from the australian rugby union to sack dave rennie. now there is NO experience in the aussie team.... NO proven goal kickers (would australia have lost against fiji with michael hooper or either quade cooper or bernard foley in the team...?) poor tactics.... under eddie, the aussie maul and breakdown dominance has disappeared dave rennie had australia on track to have a real solid chance of winning the word cup. you guys are right.... rugby union in australia is a distant 4th in the winter sports stakes way behind rugby league and aussies rules, and clearly behind soccer. it is in serious troubke. uninspiring peeformances by the national team and poor decision after poor decision from the australian rugby union.

Its not that Fiji is particularly "deadly" as a team... Its more that Australia is no longer a rugby powerhouse. The fall of Australian rugby has been quite staggering, they are a minnow now. And will likely stay in rugby pools for a number of generations, probably permanently unless something drastic happens with how the game is managed.
