This is pretty much how I feel as well but I was thinking about what that muslim preacher guy was saying about not having to offend or hurt someone to teach freedom of expression and I was trying to think of something that'd be more relatable as a non muslim person myself. If my teacher in high school was calling black kids in my class the N word to teach freedom of expression, how would that be received here in north america? That teacher would most likely get fired but not murdered. I think there may be a lesson in there for both extremes.
