here the story on how i got diagnosed with ADHD! one year ago i received my ADHD diagnosis and let me tell you its explained a whole lot about me and the way i do/see things and how I interact with the world around me. These last 365 days my whole world has changed my whole outlook and understanding on my ADHD as its led to life i never thought possible.

3:30 "worried about being misdiagnosed" yep. My ADHD was misdiagnosed as Bipolar II and that label and the accompanying social stigma stuck like glue the rest of my life. I'm really hopeful now that mental illness and neurodiversity is being treated more humanely by many of the younger generation coming up. The world will be better for it. I hope America can keep up. 😬🤦 Me? ENFP, ADHD, CPSTD, hyperthymesiac, and spatial sequence synesthesia. What a long strange trip it's been. 😆🖐️

Honestly, the amount of stress it comes with is so hard to put into words I’m glad you have been diagnosed correctly now! I could imagine that stigma being stuck to you and feeling so misunderstood.
