He never asked for recognition for raising his kids. That’s a given crazy people. Hands down he’s just an all around good guy. And as usually negative Nancy’s are out very much so.
Doesn’t matter if they play as well, we all know and can see they’re a branch from the same tree. They can and will be great in their own perspective lanes.
@@tfontenot8089 Exactly not. It's actually pretty rare that children live up to what the parent has done. They will likely be underwhelming. If you doubt look up a good number of people that were exemplars of their field, athletes, musicians, scientists, etc. Then look up their progeny who followed in their fields. The vast majority of them were no where near the caliber of the parent. Think of all of the monarchs and heads of state, business owners who's children tried to take over the "business".
I am routing for his 2 boys playing... Awesome guys.. everyone needs to calm down, let the boys mature and well see. They have the most awesome leadership in Prime. This is a good story fellows....
Shilo is a like a redshirt(COVID) freshman while Shedeur is a true freshman. Both have four years of eligibility. Shilo has a shot of being a pro. He's pretty good in run support and in man. In zone, he has a lot of work to do but it wouldn't shock me if he became a day 2 pick in two to three years. Shedeur is still kinda raw but he looks like a 1st overall pick long-term. He reminds me of Baker Mayfield on the field without the BS. It's clear he's inspired by Tom Brady. That's who he models his game after. Both are about two to three years away.
Deion is an amazing father and athlete but he’s where he is bc of his faith and if all his children follow in those Footprints they will be great in ANYTHING THEY DO as well !
Does anyone realize what his kids have to do to even be on his level??? It's unfair to compare unproven college players to a legitimate LEGEND, especially if he's their dad. Prime is a Top-5 to 10 ALL-TIME FOOTBALL GREAT! The man could literally be defined as the best pure cover corner in history; no disrespect to Darrell Green or Rod Woodson. It's unfair to compare kids to HOFers.
@@crypticsong2962 he won't make it, not because of his talents but because the world would be judging him base off how good his father was as an NFL PLAYER in general Plus he's playing in the HBCU which most team aren't even looking at these young talented guys. My lions was able to draft JSU DE this year but there was better player at his position
They’ll definitely go to the NFL. But goats? I don’t know about all that. Lightening usually doesn’t strike twice like that as far as two generations of players being great. Steph curry is great but Dell curry was an average nba player. Jellybean Bryant was an average player but Kobe was great. Jordan was great but his son was an okay player. Lebron is great time will tell how good bronny will be.
@Big Daddy Rikka but he has that name…. He will be put on a pedestal for being lebron son. Nepotism is real. He has a golden path to the NBA on name only. Watch and see it
The youngest had a really good year as a freshman quarterback. The son playing safety doesn’t have Deion’s pure speed (no one does) but he will put the hammer on people like Deion never did. He can hit.
Deon is doing what other people have been doing for years. Putting himself in a position to give his kids an opportunity they would not have otherwise. By carrying his last name. I'm sure plenty of coaches would not have given them a fair shot. They will never be like their father because the hunger and the pressure is different. Them boys from back in the day played with heart. It's not the same. It's more about politics and the money.
???? Are you delusional? The only REASON teams gave them a shot was their last name. No school would want a 5'7 slow ass DB if it wasnt for his last name and his performance showed it. Same with Shilo he's just taller. Shadeur is the only decent player in the group but he's going to get cooked in FBS play.
@Kevin Griffith how am I delusional ??? Yes, dad may have some pull however its only so much you can do when you are not the coach, period. Aint no coach gone let you run their team from the outside. His first son didn't get the playing time. Lol, trust, just because you carry the last name does not make it easier lol but harder in some cases, especially if you can't measure up to the expectation. They will add you to the team and let you walk on for clout. Money game. However, they still can bench you and sabotage you purposely. Even Stevie Wonder can see he is creating a space for his sons. The pressure is on for them to measure up with them walking on taking spots. The spotlight is on them. He is forcing people to take a look at his sons without these moves he is making they would be unheard of just like the first son.
I agree. I think that Cher's daughter went gay because she couldn't compare herself with her Mother (Cher) but hasn't told anyone. She was very Beautiful but I think that she was imitated within herself. Chasity changed into Chaz. What do you think?
I'm not surprised Prime got into coaching. When he played he was a student of the game. He would study film of his next opponent on flights home from games. 💯
We need a redo on this video, Shedeur is already a Heisman hopeful for 2023 and Shilo balled out at JSU. Deion was an all state QB that got converted to CB in Tallahassee, Shedeur is still playing QB at a high level
EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE THE SAME BLOOD RUNNING THROUGH THEM THEY WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN POP'S SHOES. BUT ALL OF PRIME TIME KID'S ARE STRIGHT UP ATHLETES. 💯💯💯💯
What @supernole75 said it has nothing to do with being poor lol it has to do with work ethic period most of the time the kids of legends like this just dont have even close to the same work ethic their father’s had but when they do for example steph curry they become even greater
Prime time is the most electrifying player and everything you said about him before you started talking about his kids is absolutely right if I'm not subscribed to you I will
Shilo playing at Jackson might have messed up his opportunity to make it to the NFL teams might be concerned with his level of competition. I wouldn’t be surprised if Prime went to Colorado so Shedeur can get more recognition playing for a PAC 12 team and should be on the Heisman watch his Junior year
Deion played BOTH ways, defensive back, punt returner and reciever. Oh and he also played baseball in the MLB. To make it pro in a sport is 1% of the 1%. And to make it pro in TWO sports. Best athlete of my generation probably has an argument for the best athlete ever. And he seems to be a great father, which is often overlooked in athletes, money can buy a lot of things but can't buy time and can't buy a second chance so make the first worth it.
Both were standouts last season. Shedeur as a true freshman, threw for 3200+ yards, 30 tds, and 8 ints. "Grown" can ball. Shilo led the team with 4 ints and was a ball hawk. Shilo has 2 years left and Shedeur has 3. Bright futures.
Sorry not going to happen…..at least not at or surpassing Neons level! But I’m rootin’ for them. Nobody ever really got to see Deon’s top speed either! Sure he’d turn it on for 35-40 yards but high step the last 40. That’s how scary he was when he got the ball on special teams or after a pick. 😁 I may b laying on thick but am I ?
Dang we never mention Kobe's father or Klays they both played pro basketball as well also deon said that his best sport wasn't football. It was baseball, he was just better than eveyone else at football but it wasn't his best sport.
Deion was WRONG ! I'm a lifelong Reds fan...he was in my opinion not even an above average MLB player. He stuck around in MLB as long as he did because he was a draw, because he was a novelty athlete that played 2 Major League sports...he put butts in seats. Look at the records of the teams he played for at the time he was with them. And as I said in an earlier post...I am biased for this reason. With his speed he could have been the greatest player of all time. And I'm saying this as someone who saw him play his entire time here in Cincy. Think about it...instead of using his greatest gift and saying " I'm the fastest man in sports...if I learn to bunt, learn to hit the ball on the ground to the Left side ( trust me on this, the few times he hit a 2 hopper to the left side of the infield it was a GUARANTEED Infield hit ) learn the Strike Zone and discipline myself to take Walks...I could be a CAREER .400 hitter, steal over 100 bases a season, walk over 100 times a season, score over 100 runs a season and be the greatest player of all time!" But instead, because of my ego...I'll swing for the fences, seldom walk, hit 5 - 6 HR's a year and be a career .263 hitter. Biggest waste of talent in MLB I have ever seen. By the way, Klay Thompson's brother plays MLB baseball. I'll agree with you on the point that it's sad that those Father's don't get love...but loudmouth Lavar Ball who SUCKED get's tons of publicity!
Some of these other athletes may not love the game like their parents...I worked at UCF catering during the Jordans' run there...I could tell you by watching them play up close they didn't have that same love and attack for the game. They were more into music production and AV. They were kinda nerdy in college but in a cool way cause they knew about anime and stuff.
Travis hunter who sign with Deion sanders plays more like him then his 2 sons and Deion groomed him. He is a great 2-way player, offense and defense. Like sanders was
CORRECTION: @ 1:50 The 49ers and Cowboys were already the two best teams in the NFL when he joined them both. That is to say, they were already Super Bowl contenders. In the case of the Cowboys, they were already 2 time Super Bowl Champions 2 years previously.
Star parents create mediocre kids. Mediocre parents create star kids. It has something to do with having something to prove and not being handed down anything. As well...... Usually the youngest son goes through an excelerated process because he has the older siblings to learn from. This in turn makes it possible for the youngest to still learn by escaping that painful process the older ones went through by learning through observation.
Update shilo 2_-0 as a starter and shedeur sanders is a hitter in my opinion if he comments to that and add some ints to his stat sheet definitely headed to the nfl
My brother played against deion Jr in high school. He was a good player, but nothing special. I think he would've been better if he didn't try to be his dad.
Deion would change the complexion of a game. When you have a corner so good the quarter back would not throw to his side the game became infinitely easier for the defense. Unless you're a football purist you cannot begin to understand how Deion changed schemes and even the approach offences took to win a game. Most folks have 0 track minds!
Well what don’t know or dint say about Deion Jr. he was a helluva punt returner and was getting better and better but it was a coaching change and they had they own players in min
Deion is smart he will push his kids to the be the best, but sometimes the kids can't take the the pressure, in Japan and Korea sometimes the the kids crack or even commit suicide. They can't handle the pressure. Compare to poor kids around the world the pressure is nothing compared to worrying what are they going to eat tonight.
Forgot about Bobby and Barry bonds n vlad n vlad jr n tatis, n also how is competing at jackson st. A good idea? The competition he plays against is not going to help
Problem with all kids of very wealthy parents, they don't have the same bare hunger for by poverty to succeed at all cost......they just don't have that pure motivation n desire to push past the point of pain and strive to achieve the impossible! Too many distractions with the name.🙏
... "Southern Carolina"? I live close to the University of South Carolina who weirdly have the same colors/mascot, but my interest is peaked, I want to go to Southern Carolina.
John 8:12 King James Version 12 Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
As good as they wanna be you can't compare his children to him!!! Different day in time and if you work hard enough the sky is the limit!!! His kids still babies and gonna grow to b men
