I used to like Nike Airs, many years ago. The best pairs I had were the Lava Dome and the Escape and Escape2 models. Soon after I bought a different pair, I forget the name now, and went through the soles in 3 months. I returned them thinking Nike had just used a bad batch of rubber or whatever and had them replaced. 3 months later I went through those soles too and Nike refused to replace or refund. Haven't touched Nike since. Been wearing Osiris and they usually take me a year or two to go through the soles on them.

Well, if it was a fashion statement then perhaps I could understand, but these shoes are performance gear, socks would improve the longevity of the shoes and prevent abrasion on the feet. Perhaps I don't understand the fashion quotient of not wearing socks.

A lot of minimalist running shoes and racing shoes are designed to be worn without socks. However I don't think this shoe is either so it's probably just for fashion.

I have insider connections which allowed me to special order mine. instead of being filled with nitrogen, the soles of mine will actually be filled with lost souls that never crossed over. can't wait to try them out. I was told that with every impact, the souls cry out in anguish.

How about moving away from the air cushion idea in favor of something that doesn't get ruined when you step in a thumb tack or a piece of glass? I mean I'm no runner, my sneakers are 100% fashion items but that's the reason I haven't bought any air max in a long time. Too many pairs got wrecked prematurely.

Your running posture hurts my back just to look at. You are loose down low, which is okay, but way to tight up top. Seems like you don't want to move your arms for some reason. Even on a light jog, having loose arms and goos movement, loosens your back and shoulder muscles and allows more free range of motion.

Nike tried this in the very early 90s they didn't have nitrogen in them. However they popped pretty easily so hopefully Nike stepped up their game because for the past 36 year that's all I wore was Nike. when I was going through 2 pairs a yr I switched to Adidas I've been much happier in quality and comfort. so fuck Nike

It's just a copy concept from sketchers.I've had a pair of sketchers with memory foam and gas filled rubber bubbles underneath since 2014.Nothing innovative.However im a nike fan also but that's my opinion.
