The Second Son of Lebron James, the 6 foot 6, 16 year old, is making waves in his junior year at Sierra Canyon. And he may just be everything Bronny is not... #bronny #bryce #nepotism sportsphere23@gmail.com
Bryce just seems like a fun, goofy kid. Bronny seems more serious, but I think Bryce’s attitude is going to make him a lot tougher mentally. Like he don’t care, he’s just going to have fun out there
@@brendenhassler4613 Poor Bronny has so much stress on him, he’s having heart troubles as a kid. You’re not going to have a love for the game when it gives you that much grief
@@frxstprodzz thats not him i saw where u got it from. the guy on that team is the center for the "budget balllers". i cant find bryces stats anywhere tho even maxpreps doesnt have it
It would be crazy if he surpassed his older brother. Seemed like Bronny got all the attention and he was left in the cold. He may actually get into the NBA over his brother. If that happens I hope his brother doesn’t get jealous
Jackson Mahomes got a lot of attention. Doesn't mean he's going to make it to the NFL. Just like Jackson Mahomes if Bronny and Byrce were not kids lot Lebron james no wont would be giving them D1 scholarships. It's not talent. They simply are related to someone who is talented.
As of now it seems like Bronny was the better high school player, Bryce still has another year left to change that but, so far Bronny was putting up better numbers, and he looked faster and stronger. But Bryce could still grow taller and get stronger, speed however I don't think Bryce will ever be as fast as Bronny since speed is a raw attribute that doesn't highly change
He must have a massive transformation next year. He hasn’t grown since 2022 and from what I’ve seen he struggles to get more than 5 points a game. In a position and height where he should be dropping 15+ per game. I’m not hating Ik his comp is probably competitive, but there’s people from the school that I used to go to that I honestly believe could score more than Bryce.
He’s not very aggressive offensively..they’re making him a stationary shooter instead if forcing him to work on his handles n use his height n athleticism to attack the rim..right now he’s tall for nothing cause he doesn’t rely on his height game wise
I'm convinced that none of the people that say he's better or will be better than bronny ever bothered to watch his highlights. He really aint that good. Usually all the game highlight reels have his name in the title, then show him scoring like 2 buckets and the rest of the videos are other players doing much better than him. Theres a reason hes not ranked in the top 100.
He’s still growing and has growing massively these last few years so he’s in that awkward uncoordinated stage. It will take him a few years to get used to his body and fill out his frame.
Happy for both these kids. Nothing like a father supporting their kids. I know they will all be compared to their father, but they are so young and full of potential. I could see Bryce entering the nba dunk contest if he make it to the NBA
Bryce has a lot of potential. At 16 and growing, it's hard to project a natural fit by position. But, if he continues to develop as a shooter, it really won't matter in the age of position-less basketball. By 18, we should know a lot more about his development overall.
I always said that Bryce is gonna be a better prospect than Bronny because he is gonna have less pressure than Bronny because he's younger and he doesn't even carry his name unlike Bronny and now he is a better athlete and taller than him
Last I heard, Bryce really doesn't have any offers outside of the few because of who his dad is and 1 or 2 real offers. Now that was a month or two ago. So might be wrong. He might be highly recruited now though.
@@p2fye never said that but ok I'm just saying it takes time look how curry and kobe started in the nba look at giannis every body is different wemby going crazy his still a rookie look at lonzo he was the man in high school where he at rn? nobody knows overhyped
5:40 I have a bit of an issue with that statement. They weren't "underrated" they just weren't as good yet. The point is that you can progress to an NBA star
Bronny doesn’t want to live in Lebrons shadow, but he doesn’t want to disappoint his father. Lebron should step back and see what Bronny wants to be and do with his life. Bryce is the one who wants to continue the Legacy you can tell in his demeanor and hard play. He loves Basketball and wants to be great.
Bryce is not as good as Bronny. People that keep saying he is better probably have never seen him play. Even though he is a little taller than Bronny. He is not special. Can you name another 4 star that is avg 6 pts a game as a junior.
We played against Scottie Pippen when he was a H.S. junior. He was not a starter and averaged less than 6 points. Scottie went from team manager at the University of Central Arkansas into the NBA Hall of Fame.
@@pasilu007 Scottie Pippin went from 6'1" to 6'8" and grew into his man body in college. Bronny is 6'2" and has his man body. Pippen had a lot of room for improvement. Bronny has worked with the best coaches and trainers his whole life. He still has time to get better, but his high side is much closer than you think.
@@moresomoze Nope. Look it up. And look at a pic of him next to his dad. Bron is 6’7.5 (yes, that’s his real barefoot height, go on celebheights) and Bryce comes up to below his nose. That’s not 6’6. That’s pushing 6’3.
He doesn’t have to go to college the NBA took away that rule before the start of this NBA season depending how good he becomes by the time he graduates he could possibly go straight into the NBA.
i think he will max out at 6-8 which looks really good on NBA paper..has a nice shot.also once he taps in to that "James" killer instinct..he will be a nice standout wing/forward !
Bryce is very lucky, he didnt have to grow up with nearly as much pressure as " Lebron Jr ", Bronny has been in the public eye with mad pressure since he was like 5? I think Bryce is the real Lebron clone, apparently second or third born sons are often taller then the first because the mom gets " better " at producing with each birth.
Most children of superstars don't have the fear of their mother not having a home to live in. A drive that Shaq took to every game until it was certain mom was going to be ok. Then he played to keep it. Of course that likely wasn't his only driving force but according to him, it was certainly a foundational one. Lebron grew up middle class in an area not highly scouted forcing him to work so hard that he ensured no one could overlook him. Adversity like that is a natural driving force, not the only one, but a significant one. These kids don't have that. They'll have to discover what drives them to be great. They have so many more options than basketball. Options their dads had significant limitations on. Something that may reduce their natural drive to be sports greats. And that's a really good problem to have tbh.
@@Yo_AB_Breaks “was” He was playing in the nba while Kobe was a kid Joe "Jellybean" Bryant made $4.3 million while with the San Diego Clippers during the 1980-1981 season, which adjusts to $16 million.
@@Big_Kala I'm not surprised a guy with Kobe's mentality was able to find the drive to be as great as he was. That's why I specifically didn't say "all" children of superstars.
Bryce is amazing but nobody excepts the dominance on the court like Lebrun did he is truly a generational talent and it’s all in his head he was a monster on the court that’s what Bryce is missing
Why is it just basketball for these dudes? Your father is wealthy. Just start businesses and kick back. They could even be Streaming/ online celebrities if they want clout. It’s 2024, the sky is the limit and they have limitless resources to fund their dreams and ideas.
Bronny and Bryce have the same issue at this point. They're too passive. No edge. They're not trying get their mom out the projects. Bryce has more potential because he could potentially be 6'9" or taller. You cant teach height. Bronny is probably 6'2"...his path is much harder
Listen. Most of yall in the comments saying Bryce is better is clearly emotional/biased fans without any logic of basketball, probably never played organized either. There isn’t no film breakdown or top bball scouts talking about this kid for a reason. Every American NBA player was a star in HS and killed competition. He avg 4ppg and barely get PT for a reason. He would have to put in miracle work to be good by senior yr. If it was a regular kid you guys would say he sucks or trash. Regardless the boys will be find their own path and do well.
When he was wat? He played jv as a 5’11 sophomore & averaged like 30 & had a growth spurt before junior year & moved up to varsity & dominated some more
He is a .5 start but VOULD BECOME a 4 with a breakout Summet He’s not an aggresdive driver He can shoot off of screens and is not a strong defender He’s getting there though No real inside presence but can do some things in the post He needs ALL 5 years in college
I think he is honestly better than Bronny who definitely needs more time in college but I do believe if Lebron does all things right Bryce can go to the nba straight out of high school I see a lot of potential he just need to developa
Jackson Mahomes is the second best Mahomes at football. That doesn't make him good. The third best Mahomes is Brittany Mahomes. Patrick Mahomes >Jackson Mahomes > Brittany Mahomes Lebron James > Bryce James > Bronny James
Bruce has been dominating!! WHERE? Don’t get me wrong, I hope the best for Bruce and Bronny, but neither one of them is in LeBron’s footsteps. They simply have too much already and they are not fighting to rise up out of poverty or anything else! Bronny does have more fire than Bruce at the point. But neither one of them are on fire!
Most wealthy kids grow up without a fight. Why try when you've already got everything? Lebron grew up in a very different environment. If you want your kids to develop a survival instinct where they'd have to go out and get everything for themselves, don't spoil them. A lot of parents don't realize that when you give your kids everything, you're actually ruining them.
nope, most doctors I know come from families who had given them private tutoring and other privileges over common folk or project kids. so wealth definitely HELPS not hurts
I don't think you know what the word impossible mean. The fact that there's around 4-5k that has entered it means it's not impossible, just extremely hard.
@@bilogskii2216 he obviously does not mean impossible as in 0 percent. he means to say pretty much not gonna happen for you. very very very few out of the very few who are even that great make it
All I can say is he is better has more shot and more fundamentally sound than his older brother bronny trash fr he just oldest James son so he gets hype Bryce is physically better prepared for next level etc…it’s a shame what hype and having famous daddy does Bryce could be skill wise he better than his pops from what I see if he outs in work fr ! He’s the nicest already skill wise
Because he’s actually the better player. You watch actual games bronny is wayyy better in high school then Bryce. He actually is a 5 star. You can find Bryce anywhere
The reason he is not the same as LeBron at the same age is because LeBron grew up with nothing but basketball. The hunger is different. The environment is different. LeBron has nothing at 16 and that's what build LeBron to what he is today. Just like what Mike Tyson said to his son, "you'll get killed if you try boxing these kids who have nothing" (non verbatim). LeBron's sons have everything even if they don't pan out in the NBA. It's about character and experience. It molds people into greatness. Case and point, MJ's 2 sons.
nah i think they just dont love basketball. Bronny is in Faze and plays videogames theres tons of Middle Class or rich kids who are better than Bronny at the same age: Curry, Kobe, Paulo Bachalo, Lamelo, Trae, CP3, Haliburton
