Bronny James has been one of the most famous prospects since he was born. The perks that come from being named LeBron James junior have carried him through the spotlight up until this point, but as Bronny James and LeBron have recently had to come to turns with, Bronny is nowhere near an NBA player at this point in time. In this video we cover the rise and recent struggles of Bronny James, give predicitions for the future, and answer the question "Will Bronny James Ever Make The NBA?"

Has anyone ever considered the possibility that Bronny might not be passionate about playing basketball. I remember watching an interview where they asked LeBron what he wants for his sons and he said they definitely going to the nba. An efficient 14 ppg in high school (8min quarters) is solid for a pass first point guard at the high school level considering he played a national schedule...I can agree he was rated high because of his father but those numbers playing against the best talent in the country are really good.

I can agree to an extent. 14 ppg on one of the best teams in the country playing against national competition is extremely well. Very good atheleticism, defense and passing game is decent. Many people overlook the fact that some of the greatest athletes faced significant hardship growing up. This adversity often fuels their desire to excel and improve their circumstances. Often, children may not perform as well as their parents because they lack the mindset that being the best is critical to survival and changing their lives. We as lovers of the sport need to also give grace to the fact that these are kids still. Still trying to navigate and understand the world while we demand so much of them.

I've watched every game he's had at USC (even attended some), and I can confirm that he needs another year or two if he wants to be NBA-ready. The coach is still having him play limited minutes due to Collier and Ellis being on draft boards and his heart condition. Bronny does NOT play like his dad. Not aggressive enough, not big enough to attack the paint, and his confidence isn't fully there yet, at least not at the college-level. His best strengths right now is his athletic defense, playmaking, and court vision. With his confidence not there yet, he's still hesitant to put up a shot and that has resulted in low shooting efficiency. If I had to make an NBA comparison, his ceiling is Rajon Rondo, his floor is Brevin Knight.

Bronny isn't NBA-ready. There's no guarantee that he ever will be. He's suffering because his dad is pushing to have him get drafted well before he's ready. Lebron is wanting to play with his son for selfish reasons, and pushing to do so is only going to hurt Bronny's chances at a legit NBA career.

The problem isn’t that Bronny isn’t good , Since he was born and has everything he has nothing to play for. Lebron back in the day had nothing to lose since he didn’t have anything so it drove him to want it more than his kids having everything. Even if he kids don’t make it they are set for life. Lebron had no choice but to work hard and want it more than everyone else in this work. And that my friend is the problem. All these Rich kids don’t have drive or love for the game like their parents because they already have everything they want or need in life. They have nothing to fight for in life!

Kids like him were pampered from birth and it is very rare for anyone to have the hunger to succeed when they already have parents that will always catch him if he fails. He is competing against kids that have the nba as their only shot and have everything on the line to succeed or they will not have anything to fall back on. This determination and hunger when your life and future is on the line is the junkyard dog mentality that winners possess.

14pt in high school (8min quarters) is very solid for a pass first point guard in Sierra Canyon stacked with talent.. Those numbers against best talents in the country are really good.. Was Dame or Russ 5* recruits? We have seen how sky is the limit for players with good genetics, crazy work ethic and family with sports background like Donovan Mitchell..

The one thing in common of all athletes with stellar dads…life has been given to them on a platter. None have a chip on their shoulder. MJ got cut in high school and big bro who was good at everything. Peyton Manning’s dad was the talk of the town in New Orleans and he had to be back up for longer than you think at Tennessee. Tom Brady was always second choice at Michigan and last in the draft. All these kids need some grit in their craw

Everytime I say this, I get met with "he's set for life" "give him a break" etc etc etc. But he was 50% of this covrage around him because of his ego the last three years. He's been the most quiet I have seen him in the last 4 years, and it's done nothing to prove us wrong as far as his future in the NBA. It's only made it more certain. He will never amount to much in the NBA. Life wise, amazing kid though. Bright future.

People who are set for life are exactly the people who should not be given a break. They already have all the breaks in the world. People who barely getting by from poor backgrounds are the ones who deserve the breaks. If his last name was Smith, he would have been a 2 star maybe a low 3 star recruit in high school

Basketball isn't life, and his Dad would probably be the first to tell him that. They're gonna give it their all. but if it doesn't work. they'll move on to something outside basketball and be happy.
