For the bezel mismatch issue , sorry for didn't check it carefully before sending out , things just happened . As we check the rest stock including other colors and found they are well aligned , so anyone interested in this watch and worry about this could contact we watchdives to get real watch photos. Don’t get tired of reviewing this brands because young enthusiasts like my nephews use them to determine where they are going to spend their hard earned money cleaning yards, babysitting and walking the dogs. And I watch them too, well cause just one more watch.
That PD is 100% the Pearl movement. The NH34 version has a much deeper rehaut Also the side-to-side play in the bracelet is NOT a bad thing - it lets the braclet flex to the shape of your wrist. Super rigid bracelets are not as comfortable
You can fix the miss-aligned bezel, just pop it open and have a fiddle, it'll sort out the cyclops at the same time (of course). I hope you already have as I judge you to be a competent man. Good video dude :)
The Pagani PD-1662 you have has the Pearl chinese movement. It has the Pagani logo on the rotor. The NH34 version has ‘NH34A’ on a generic rotor. I have both and payed the Pearl one 70$ and the NH34 model 95$ ( direct from AliExpress). For this money, you get a lot but it’s not ‘Rolex-perfect’. Pagani’s are also 200 times cheaper than the real thing 😉
For this price range, knowing that the watch cost around 150$ now, misaligned bezel is really big minus and unforgivable. After all, that's something you can expect more from watches which cost circa 50-60$.
I went with steeldive over this one, didn't really see anything that would persuade me to buy this one, oh and I forgot since they sent him this watch for free and it was still messed up shows me their quality assurance is not that good

I bought the WD16570. Both the magnifier and the fixed bezel are misaligned. Being a GMT the bezel misalignment is very annoying. I emailed them and their response was “they are put together by hand- it happens”. Superior customer service…
"Clomage" is an interesting description. Not a clone, neither a true homage. Anyways, no one that likes these looks will get the "real deal" as easily and as inexpensively as these, so.
More of a Coke person so the "Pepsi" bezels don't do anything for me. Why not have a red and white bezel combo for a "Coke " version and that maybe the one I lok at. After my last watch purchase, no budget for a while for anything now anyway. (A-11 UTAH BEACH from Praesidus, black version)
not all of the watches have misalligned bezels. you may have a unlucky draw. I have san martins dead spot on perfect aligned. also I like the NH34 GMT as an economic version for gmat. I do have rolex and tudor same version and those are really well made but I rather keep them on my safe and use them special ocasion and keep my investment in really good shape. My san martin NH34 I have it regulated and accuracy is under COSC certification
Hello, so yes that pagani movement is the Chinese movement which is ok….the tell tale sign on these is the skipping hands when pushing crown back in to set the time. I found a hack whereby if you rotate the crown slightly back the opposite direction that you wound to set the time (in this case set by going counter clockwise before push go clockwise) the hands won’t skip. The gmt hand will also jump if you have the crown in position one and adjust it after pushing crown back in unless you do as stated above before push in rotate slightly the opposite direction you just turned crown in and it wont hop skip and jump
I the GMT on the NH34 "jumps" in one hour increments when you turn the crown in the GMT setting position, but the DG5833 GMT does not. However, the GMT hand on the DG5833 has a tendency to slightly, but noticeably, jump out of place after you set when you push the crown back in. Of course, the most obvious tell that your Pagani Design does not have an NH-34 movement in it is to look through the casebook and look at the movement. That is clearly not an NH-34 in the Pagani Design.
If you don't care about GMT functionality but like the look, get an addiesdive sub and change out the bezel. Great value! Also, the pagani jubillee bracelet fits on the Addiesdive.
Before you even referenced the cloudiness of the PD crystal, that was my first impression when you first displayed the watches. Later in the video, it is clear that the PD crystal is not clear. I have other watches that have this same issue. It is not quite humidity, but it gives that effect. I have always thought it was the result of outgassing of a material inside the case that forms a residue on the crystal. It could also be the the result of an inferior ARC treatment on the underside of the crystal. One time, I was testing the lume on a watch and left under a light bulb. I got distracted and when I finally moved the watch from under the bulb, this cloudy residue formed on the crystal and it never went away. The bezel of the WD is similar in execution to the different model WD that I own. My WD is more reminiscent of earlier models of Rolex GMT Master, where the edge of the bezel rises only just above the case such that it is harder to grip in combination with the fast the notches of the WD bezel have less edginess and are more smoothly finished.. I like that detail on mine, even if it has less purchase.
It's cause you can get ultra cheap sapphire which is super hazy. I've had it happen to me twice. Never again am I getting cheap sapphire watches with no ar
I'm looking for a Sub GMT homage that is still a good quality watch. I have been considering the Steinhart Ceramic Pepsi GMT, how does this compare against it?
I had the pagani sprite gmt with the Pearl movement. I didn't like it and sold it. The reason was the case was sharp around the back edges and I didn't have confidence the movement wouldn't die in a few years. I would get the Steinhart. If you look at similar watches like the steeldive or addiesdive subs, they have superior finishing to the pagani I owned.
