the biggest challenge I have had across my social media biz, not just youtube, is outsourcing / training. The amount of nuance in making something go viral is extremely in depth. You can take for example a graphic designer who has all the skills, but they just flop at making things that go viral, because in a way its counterintuitive. The hiring process is critical, finding people with the right kind of savvy.
Awesome video. I have been procrastinating with my channel off and on. But then I came across a RU-vid video of a faceless video using AI. I gave it a shot for free and now that is the plan going forward, I just need to set up everything right.
he is not a scammer but he lied to his audience about that he will never promote crypto nfts cause they are scam when he literally promoted nfts .he told his viewers he will never promote those so not a scammer but a liar and liar cannot be trusted and respected.i was his regular viewer so i know .
@gamersmania8494 they all start like that and end up doing the opposite because they have no choice because this is how they make big money otherwise is just like work making a salary.
His channel is awesome.❤ However, his voice is the main sell and (of course the editing) sometimes half way through his videos it changes to another voice and that's super off putting. A lot of people have mentioned this. There are other creators who have taken note and taken the edgy style but kept the full same person narration throughout. Jake's sadly goes from feeling intimate to generic. Just a thought... Congratulations on his success ❤
Yeah, it's better to double the quality than crank out 10x more videos. The audience isn't easily fooled. We can tell if someone's driven by greed or genuinely trying to serve us. 😢

I'm able to run multiple accounts because of these AI systems (we have script, topic, storyboarding/stage direction, thumbnail generators + the brand voice and stylesheets) 2-3 editors and they each produce a topic cluster on the channel so people that watch the playlist get consistent look and feel. I spend between $1000-2500 a month with publishing rate of 5-6 videos a day across the channels I run. $1000 a video is insane. So inspiring i was started Yt channel but suddenly I was stopped it because I have to work . But regret it because my YT channel almost nothing. This man and behind of it it was booster my determination to do it again. ❤🎉

He seems to have more of a Valley girl accent (like….. like….. like…..) than the interviewer 🤣 I like some parts of some of his videos, but age definitely makes some of the ‘research’ extremely limited in scope leading to incorrect conclusions

That's the dumbest thing I've heard in a while. You do realise that there are millions if youtube channels and just cos you have not heard of him, doesn't mean he's bad or a scammer. Even I have never heard of him. So what? Be open and learn from someone who is obviously doing something right.

@@Taodharma well all you have to do is search Jake Tran scam and you will see how he exploits his viewers and how does not really do the videos and he does it for sensational reason for education or true facts, it’s all entertainment
