Воще похую , тут хоть чугун без пор , я совдеповский делал , ухи из 3 2 отламал потом варил ебался полуавтоматом выжегал из пор всю хуйню , и перекос фаз был на обмотке , вообщем я бы индийский выбрал !

in these parts of the world peoples lifes are cheap.he is expendable. there is a reason why industrialised countries in for instance europe have tight rules and regulations on workenvironment enforcing protective gear and so forth. these guys dont have that luxury. they are for all purposes regarded as expendables.
At least they can manufacture something that can be useful to some point, and the fact that they are still producing it means that people are still accepting their product and willing to spend money to buy them.

There are three types of windings materials these manufacturers use. Best is 99.9% copper. The manufacturer will give lifetime warranty on it. The 2nd is called china copper. Its 80% copper and 20% aluminium. They will have 1-2 years warranty. The last is called silver windings which is basically 100% aluminium. Its usually with no warranty. Also the impeller shown here is plastic, you can get aluminium as well as brass impeller ones. Buy the ones which have brass impeller and 99.9% copper winding and you will be giving this to your grand children in inheritance.
@@muniradlan3659 I think you were seeing the insulation coating (otherwise the windings would just be shorting to each other). You would only see the cooler when he is stripping the insulation of just before soldering that section. Unfortunately my phone screen is cracked so I couldn't see the color very well but the actual wire looked like regular copper.
Electric motors don't fail, it's not their nature to fail. Everything else around the motor fails. Bearings, seals, whatever.That pump will start leaking in the first year ... quality. And have the run down aspect of these cheap brown people. Cos a quality bearing and a quality radial seal is difficult to manufacture, it's a precision job. Anybody can brute force manufacturing, hire cheap labour, smelt and forge ... until you need to make a bearing and you discover you can't.

Позволь поправлю - не ржавое железо, а окисленный чугун. Почему чугун - это было видно, когда они сверлили фланец корпуса на 6-шпиндельном сверлильном полуавтомате, обрати внимание на стружку.

Там где тяжёлую и вредную работу выполняют роботы с высокоточным чпу в инди пакистане иране ту же самую работу выполняют биороботы за то у всех есть работа(работа ради работы всё производства основано только ради того чтобы у био роботов была работа смотришь над этим на всё задумываешься но деградация ведь самая настоящая) Честно говоря я сомневаюсь что хозяин данного производства имеет большую прибыль ведь на таком производстве просто колоссальное количество брака а также немалые издержки люди как расходный материал таких местах люди долго не задерживаются нужно постоянно искать новых рабочих
Знаете в какой стране производиться 90% футбольных мячей в мире? Это Пакистан. Все нормально там с прибылью. На данном производстве кстати вполне цивильно, даже пластинчатую пружинку не забыл под подшипник поставить, для компенсации теплового расширения
