It’s because they’re not sissy Americans who need the govt to wipe their butts and hold hands when they cross the road. These folks are glad to have a job where they can make a wage to support their families.
yea i really dont understand their hate for buckets, just put a bucket or anything to catch the stuff but no,.. having a whole another guy sit there pick it all up is somehow better lol
Everyone one of papers will have the same number of flutes . I worked in factories in the fifties before all of the automation and retired as an engineer .
In the states this stuff is automated. I worked at a place where we made the inside of oil filters and many of the stamped parts. The high-speed machines did all the work. They must get very little pay for there to be a profit.
While I don't love my job, seeing videos like these make me very thankful because it is still much better than being crouched on the floor for 8+ hours just putting oil filters together for what I'm assuming is some meager pay.
exactly, no safety goggles no masks and no gloves. It’s sad for sure, that many places in the world are basically how the U.S. and Europe were 100 or 150 years ago in terms of safety and worker conditions/rights/labor laws.
Here I was thinking that oil filters removed metal and dirt from your engine, when in reality the reason is to add swarf, dirt, garnet dust (the most abrasive material used in industry), glue residue and paint. Everything a growing engine needs.
These guys are master of their task. I bet 98% are exactly the same, and thr otherd have just a mm or 2 of overlap which offers nothing better or worse.
Respect to these people that work hard in difficult, precarious and noisy conditions for most certainly a low salary. Didn't think these were hand made, they can be proud of their workmanship and skills.
Don't be stupid, made by hand is slow and low productive, they have no match for fully automated pure mechanised production line, you should have noticed their production rate is really low by today's industrial standards, the only thing makes sense is the human labour is incredibly low from such production method, like no human rights.
Their Salary relative to others might be very good, they can't just pay them 50k USD a year, that would cause some massive inflation depending on the number of workers
@@ajp4709 Car manufacturing in Europe is expensive because EU actually cares about citizens and has strict safety regulations. European cars are sought after globally due to their trusted reputation of quality and innovation. I can't find a single Indian designed & manufactured car that comes close to the level of BMW, Mercedes or Audi. And i'm not even gonna include the top dogs like Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Lamborghini, Ferrari and McLaren. There's a reason why Toyota decided to create a collaborative agreement with BMW and not Tata or Mahindra.
I'm always impressed with the way these workers carry out their activities, they don't use individual protection equipment, they work barefoot, but they don't stop wearing the standard clothes of this country. Incredible that there is no kind of supervision in these factories!
If US ease few regulations in Industry not personal safety other Regulatory issues of dictating and protecting environmental thoughts & After math US can become a game in production industry but too much of regulation money & Growth moves to china & Now in US since industry overall collapsing young workers doesnt even know what is hard work just any type of hard work they cant handle. Mothers 60 years old are working hard than ever & 35 years old playing ps5 saying can you pickup a coffee & sandwich for me on your way back. So sad but its happening. No peeling Potatoes.
To hell with them goggles. They work on their haunches! That's where the horror is!
I don’t want to take anyone’s job away from them, but I do wish we had factories here to make and manufacture everything we need. Guess the labor cost is what would be the issue. I don’t recognize that brand of filter though, but it is a good looking filter with the black and gold.
I would have massive respect for this type of manufacturing if only they tested every product and allowed for distribution only the functioning ones. Otherwise it's a joy to watch videos like and I love the effort these guys put in their production. Well done.
