Wish there was an update on this.. we have this exact plan but in a much larger amount. Wish i knew if it worked before all the work

You did such a good Job.....but if you really want to be sure that those lavenders will grow perfect in that new soil....just cut the flowers. I know....its painful but all that energy from the flowers will go into the roots on establish into that new space, and next year.....those plants will be spectacular! 🥰

Yes I have this red clay soil! No plant survived in it and I planted roses but they died so I finally realized the ptoblem is not enough soil and on top of it’s clay soil

I’m planting English lavender today. I always heard manure adds acidity to soil? I also read lavender wants alkaline. How did your lavender do?

I have clay soil , I like it lol ( now I know why my lavender died lol)
