How I beat Hades without Brain Cells 

Love this vid and this was literally my main build for my first Hades run through. Athena’s blocking dash meant you never got hit

If you haven't tried it yet the Merciful End build is absolutely busted, it's really similar to this . Basically you run Athena dash with Aries attack (and Athena special so you can get their duo boon). Merciful End (the duo boon) makes it so that if you do deflect to an enemy with doom it immediately drops it so you just monkey with Gilgamesh and merc everything. This build got me an 11 minute run on heat 20 it's that busted.

The fact that both the claws and merciful end were nerfed yet this built still works is insane

One of my favorites is Zag aspect fists with lambent plume. It’s very easy to get 70% dodge, and that’s how I beat 32 heat

In my head even before the video started I am thinking of "glue sniffer" builds that dont require much thought, Eris rail artemis rocket bomb or beowulf flood flare I guess that I only use "glue sniffer" builds because I never thought of just using the fists

Can confirm, I do variations of this build all the time, it's why fists are my favorite weapon, they play themselves, and if you have Athena, not only do you deal insane DPS, you're also nearly immortal if you have divine dash. Because if you're invulnerable while dashing...YOU'RE ALMOST ALWAYS INVULNERABLE.

My favorite build is to just use the one Bow form that makes your special lock-on if you hit with your attack and then just get as much buffs to my specials as possible, then profit.

ackshually this would require atleast 3 brain cells 2 for the 2 buttons and 1 for paying attention to chat

I used this build (and both Merciful End and Deadly Reversal lmao) to force 50% of my wins to be in one streak - 16 clears, eight of which were consecutive

Fun fact: I’ve beat Hades 100 times using this build. Even gotten stage 3 Hades a few times when I wanted to go for a lil more intense run.

I used a different build for my play through but this… this works too. (It was a Shield build, requires a little bit of aiming but you virtually can not get hit by anything but explosions)

Hades is great and all but can you imagine if it had the gimmicks and stage verity that Risk of Rain 2 has.
