Let me know what you guys think of the editing for this one! I decided to use mostly the raw game recording instead of the stream recording, and then only add the stream recording for parts where I speak or parts that are intense! Merry Christmas Chieftains!
What makes this even more difficult is that Jill taking zero damage means uhTrance played this in Fine condition. The majority of runs are done in Caution, which makes Jill run faster and also changes the dodge i-frame timing.
@@uhTrance By i-frame I meant the timing on her perfect dodge activating, not an actual like the one that I believe you guys use in RE2R? Sorry if my wording of that was awful. Wheee~
I barely got S on inferno with infinite rockets and saved, that is one of first things that i can directly compare to what i did myself, and it is hella impressive
so you're just bad then... i did my first no hit on re2 and have done them on 4, 4 remake, 7, 8, 1, veronica 1 2 3 original, i dont remember but that goofy one on the boat with fongling. Its all the same (im a casual player too)
@@dementormaxi2183 Idc if you "didn't ask" the world does not revolve around you. I can say what ever the fu*k I want and I couldn't care less if you "didn't ask". Stfu this is why you're lonely and everyone leaves you.
@@dementormaxi2183 people need to stop dickriding. You can no hit run RE3 lmao its like the easiest RE game. I did a no hit on RE2 after like 10 hours first try (knife only). Everyone can do this im not special
I come to accept that I will never be this good at a Resident Evil game lol. I enjoy them on easier difficulties. However, I love watching videos like this. It is awesome to see someone break down how they are able to complete such a high tier challenge. I applaud you and cannot wait for the next one!
I enjoy platinum trophinh them, so far I've only done 2 and 3 remake but in the future I'll do 7 and 4 remake (I'm working on 4 remake rn) I'll probably eventually do 8 but damn it'll be annoying.I hear village of shadows is like nemesis inferno the whole playtrhough
That was impressive! Final Nemmy had me raging for real the first time I played Nightmare. 2 literal hours because devs thought it was funny to make him instakill you
@@TheMarkusBoy RE2 Hardcore is easy on PC because of the knife DPS trick (skipping the lengthy bosses like G stage 1/2/3, maybe even 4 if you're good at juking/got a lot of extra time for S rank). For console it gets easier overtime as you play the game. But I'm obviously talking about 1st run scenario. We do NOT talk about 2nd run. :) As soon as you get enough ammo you can just pop enough legs and it is possible to dodge double-lunges with full hp in a straight line which makes it easier to just down 2 zombies for instance and just dodge the last one saving you even that little bit of ammo. If you only focus on progression then you at least gotta save the higher damage weapons; grenade launcher for claire, shotgun for leon. And obviously get the Lightning Hawk for Leon, no upgrades are necessary as it guarantees a head pop, as long as you get enough health and take hits just to reach the end then it'll be easy. For G stage 4 you use the minigun only on its eyes and it'll 100% finish it, maybe with an extra grenade or one JMB mag, For the super tyrant all you gotta do is just survive, juking it is hard but possible. And red+blue herb to tank all of it's hits, Save at least 3 shotgun shells or 7 Matilda bullets or 2 magnum bullets or use a knife (if close enough when animation initiated) or any other subweapon to easily cancel it's oneshot. Once the huge pile of rocks land, you know that you gotta wait like 30 seconds for ada to drop the rocket launcher, and that's the game. I ain't reading allat
Duuuude, this editing was great. There wasn't any missing details there. Most of the time streamers create some expectations and end up cutting the conclusion off. Yours was flawless.
This whole series is fire, but this run in particular is insane. GG for this one, you madman. Also: Editing is sweet, the bg music is lit and pacing right up my alley.
GG, man. I beat inferno with infinite rocket launcher and that was already a pain (especially final stage Nemmy). This challenge requires a lot of practice and patience (bright side is the game is short haha) Also, great choice of soundtrack at 27:40. Old King Allant theme is a banger
Just found your channel about a week ago and I just wanted to say I love your content man. Very entertaining and very hilarious. Thanks for the awesome content and keep up the great work! Have a good day.
My guy completed the hardest difficulty of this game with 0 damage taken, in 90 minutes, without saves and no shop things. This should give you an achievement, dude. Great accomplishment, showing your dedication and skill at this game. I literally gave up on RE3 after completing it on the normal difficulty. Higher difficulties seems too hard for me. I might go back and revisit RE2, RE3, RE7 and RE:V during this Winter break. Keep up the great work, though I have no idea what else you can do to become even better at this game! Maybe do this 2 times in a row?
People like you inspire me to get better in videogames, the only difficult game i ever beat in my life was super meat boy and i cried a lot XD keep up the good work!
Hey trance, on standard hardcore and partially nightmare, there is a thing called dynamic difficulty, which depends on how well you do(if you perform well and kill much enemies, The game Will make The enemies stronger, less healing items and more, if you don t perform well, The game Will make enemies weaker And Will give more healing items, and even permanently removes some enemies) on assisted IT is set to The minimum and on inferno to The max
This is an awesome run! I completed inferno with infinite rocket launcher and even that was a nightmare, especially the last boss. How many times did you take damage and have to restart?
Just a tip for RE players: Since RE7, all the following RE games came with a weird mechanic that if you wait for your crosshair to fully close the damage is increased by up to *_50%_* depending on the gun. You can REALLY see a difference when you try it out and it saves a lot of ammo.
Flashing the hunter that was chasing him ay? Nah but great job dude, I am currently stuck on the final boss on inferno mode so giving yourself restrictions is just beyond another level. Big respect
Dude! I know you must've spent days planning this run and then weeks practicing it. People might consider what you do as just a pass of time but I consider it a skill, which has to be developed and mastered over time, which takes practice and patience. I loved the video and the entire run.
godlike! Much skills! I am speechless as how you manage rage\soulCrushing\Heartbreaking control. To get sooo far and have to do it all over again. Fantastic resilience!
A little bit of a hot take: I had fun with this game! I don’t think it was bad or even disappointing. RE2 & RE4 are leagues better than RE3 but at least it’s still fun. And that’s what really matters when it comes to games. Is it fun? And the answer to this is yes
Trance do you have a video of you ranking the hardest difficulty of each game? wondering where inferno ranks among all RE game difficulties (old and remasters) Great run!
Love these types of videos. I enjoy the challenges videos, or see if u can get ur money back from steam. I also like these videos where u go into detail what it takes to do a speed run on a specific game or beat it with no damage etc.
Not only is Inferno on NO damage is hard and torture itself, but this game is CLUNKY! Massive well done, the last boss is just horrible, I think the developers had no sympathy and didn't care how lazily done it really was. Can't imagine the pain that went into this video and a lot of rubbish hits that you took which made little sense! GG
Impressive as always and every tme I see it, I feel like they should include an option to show HP values for the people who want it, because it looks really neat.
Even though this challenge is very hard like actually very hard which I hate the last boss fight But man your doing everything very fast as af like goddamn
Very impressive, Failed and gave up on doing this challenge when I kept failing the last nemesis fight due the acid splatters homing in on me for some reason lol.
Impressive as always and the close calls got me on the edge 😭 but you did it! RE3 remake was a good one but I wish they will re remake this game like the original but sadly it will never happen 😭
bro i fucking love how mad efficient this guy is on the hard difficulties i remember doing inferno my first time and i was stressing out due to lack of ammo and stuff compared to this guy who's as chill as the clouds above
I like to think the Nemesis is a perfected version of the regenerators from RE4. Umbrella created 1 Nemesis, and then the guys in 4 wanted to recreate him with parasites, but were unsuccessful
Challenge idea, “I try to beat re3 while taking at least 1 hit from every enemy” The bugs in the electrical train station won’t count since I believe they always spawn no matter how many you kill.
come to think of it I mostly do the door kills too, guess Capcom will make the game harder in the future by making the zombies more flexible within areas.
When i got my S rank on inferno 1st time ( and still now prob xD) the hardest part if we dont consider final boss was to survive the big mr charlie head no joke . the most powerful villain in RE3 is the giga mr charlie!
Im not a good player at this game but I did manage to get the "dont use more than 1 heal item and dont use item box" on the same run. I HATE THE SPIDERS at the power generator.
If I were CAPCOM, I would have forced no-shop on Inferno - the only difficult part, when you can saunter around with the ROCKET LAUNCHER, is the last boss.
This game was overall way too easy, the dodge makes you almost invincible. The first time I played this was on hardcore and I think I used three first aid sprays in the whole game. It's like they didn't even try to create some challenge with this game, the bosses felt like bosses from a PSX game. The game was still pretty fun though, going Rambo on them zombies.
For all the dunking people love to make towards this game, this is easily one of the most fun and most replayable entries in the franchise, like... It's amazing how versatile it is for any kind of challenge run! I tip my hat to you good sir, I spent 3 days stuck on the final boss even with the infinite rocket launcher and the easy dodge coins, lol. You're making me want to replay this!
