He didn’t have to do it every conversation; the ones which weren’t creative just didn’t count. He only failed because he didn’t complete all 8 by the end of the session; he could’ve kept going. (Just like Pearl.)

I came to say this too - Impulse said he failed by one, but he didn't count the time he was lurking underground when scar found him. Maybe not an intentional creative start to a chat, but I would still say it counts!

@@lethallizard_4493 Statistically speaking, yes, at least as far as actual placement in each season is concerned. If you assign a score to each possible placement and total them up across all five seasons, Scott actually comes out in first with a 2 point lead over Martyn.

EPIC Task Idea for the Finale: Everyone gets a secret to start the last episode. Each of their secrets is to kill someone. For instance, Impulse's task is to "kill Scar," Scar's task is to "kill Grian," Grian's task is to "kill Pearl" and so on until you loop back to Impulse. You cannot harm anyone else unless they attack you first. If you kill your target, then you have to kill your target's person. For instance, if Impulse kills Scar, now he has to kill Grian. It's like everyone is the boogie, but for only one specific person. The last person standing wins!

I think it was a decision similar to the ones in Limited Life where Scott especially died quite a bit to allies. Since it benefits the killer, in some ways it's more practical to let someone you are working with kill you and get the benefits as opposed to being chased by a bunch of people at a time. Obviously they're all read now but in some ways it makes their next episode more peaceful.

Idea for next season: Wiped Life It works like this: The average number of lives should be 3 at the start of the season. Each person has a random number of lives each session, ranging from the average number of lives - 1 to the average number of lives + 1. Each session, when the number of lives changes, the total number of lives in the entire server must add up to what it was at the end of the last session in the entire server. Every new session, your entire inventory is cleared except for 3 slots of your choice. Every new session, the seed of the server is also changed and completely reset. If you are red, you get to keep 9 instead of 3 slots to bring to the next session. If you get a kill as a red, the person you killed has their inventory FULLY wiped and you get 3 more inventory slots that you can bring into the next session. (Example: a red name with 2 kills should have 15 inventory slots they can bring into the next session.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought you can only damage as a red via your tasks? If so, there's a lot of violations this episode . Pearl killing the Etho team members without even getting a red task. Gem "killing" her 2 teamates and not connected to her task (Just an assumptions as I didnt watch Gem's pov yet).

Reds are encouraged to kill even outside tasks because they get +10 hearts for every kill - we’re just spoiled by the few reds we had going easy before things went downhill

Reds going in for the kill is allowed, They are just encouraged to go for the tasks as it's usually low risk for the reward.

Technically yes you’re correct I think, however I doubt there are any specific punishments for that (look at Scar’s POV for example for a bunch of misdemeanors) and, while I am not complaining nor do I know behind the scenes, he hasn’t really been punished for them, so I think it’s not really going to matter to them about the rules anyway. Another possibility, this season is at this point one of if not the longest season yet, and with that there are two possible reasons for the disregard of the rules. 1: they’ve forgotten about that rule, or 2: they’re trying to wrap up this season for Christmas or Hanukkah or whatever and that rule being broken can expedite things (that is also why I think the last two sessions have had tasks where many people will die from them).
