@@ankurjaswal5290 In Morocco 2 we have prices by eras, but in the cities not where u are "beach front" summer residences where every residence has it characteristics, for example it will cost a lot of more if the residence have a marina, front beach Villas, the quality of the beach sand and what activities are there, etc etc!!! Where you got your appartement is between 2000 to 2500$ /square M (it also depend of the surface area of ​​the apartment, 1, 2, or 3 rooms, and the distance between the appartement and the beach) I don't know about the US, but in Europe 2 is the same thing, you can have a real idea about the cost of a M² in the cities, but not in front beach residences where you get an appartement for 100k euros, but far from it just by 1/2 or 1 miles you have to pay 5x the price of the same appartement!!

Iam from Morocco and I hate to see our country to globlize. We dont want foreigners close to our families You are welcometo visit but stay in tourist area. Btw lot of Moroocan signging petitionto stop foreigners to buy real estate less than 1million usd, so we minimize the number of foreigners

@@ankurjaswal5290 Not really we do speak moroccan language in here french is just a liitle just for administrational reasons, other wise moroccan and english specially with the youth are the most spocken lgs for the vast majority, so feel free to give it a try and visit anytime, u're more than welcome brother.

@@AJay-ok8hm Yes I meant to say the accent from from each city in Morocco is different from one another. The Rabat accent is different than that of Tetouan or Marrkesh I am finding out :)

@@ankurjaswal5290 Also while construction is on going make sure you invest in a good set of burglar bars for the windows and a burglar door (yes you heard it right) a steel burglar door to re-enforce your wooden door. It’s a common practice in Morocco to fortify property.

Insulation isnt the best here in the buildings I find. It can lead to getting sick in the spring and winter months. Ive out in AC/Heating to help with that in the winter months! Will include details on that next video

I did not expierence this too much as only local moroccans buy in a city like cabo negro at the moment. Even french moroccan but they are still moroccan. They prices from new builders dont vary too much. Secondary market sales vary greatly from what I observe.

Cabo negro is really interesting! I have been there once! I rented 3 days an apartment. And I loved it so much. I do have some real estate investments in Morocco but not much just 3 apartments in Meknes. Lot of Moroccan people are really really nice and helpful but that doesn’t mean go head and trust to anyone! You don’t speak the language and that is kind of really hard for you. Good luck man.

@@fa5234 2 rooms typically sell for 35 thousand dollars. this one he has bought iare the new apps of martil, next to the beach, boulevard incredibly good location. it must be around 45k-65k for 2 room app there. i have 2 apps in martil so you know in a relatively close location from there. (500 m)

@@fa5234 cabo negro area will run you at least 1 million dhs. Martil is far less but less modern.
