And with some luck it msy have asmall swiming pool. Example in Agadir city. Check apps like Avito But that price in Temara is fair fir such finishef and big appartement because Temara is one of the most expensive cities for rents in Morocco.. I lived in Temara for 3 years and fir an empty unfurnished small appartement, i was paying $350 in Massira 1 !

Without a doubt, the apartment is beautiful and spacious, and the appliances are still new and fully equipped, with internet and other features as you mentione However, 1200$ per month is a high price. you can rent a villa in a prestigious neighborhood in Rabat for this price or perhaps even less.
For how big it is , the furniture and all the services, it's a very good deal tbh....not sure if she can find somethint thay big and that good with the same price tbh especially in a good neighborhood

I am a Moroccan living in New York. First of all, you can't find an apartment this big and this nice in Manhattan. If you did, you would probably have to cough up $6000 plus a month without utilities. No wonder I will be returning to Morocco at some point in the future...Thanks for your videos...

Your apartment is beautiful, but $1200 is quite expensive. As a Moroccan, I expect to pay a maximum of $800. It would help if you discussed this with the owner because it doesn't seem fair. For $1200, you could get a villa with all services included. Remember the average Moroccan income is 300$
Very nice appart, a lot of space for the kids and animals. I find the rent a bit expensive but I guess with the fibre optique, all the furniture, the cleaning and the security it makes sense. And also if u would have said 7000 dirhams I would say super affordable but knowing that u pay all the other fees in a secured community for that super sized apt is a great deal for 1200, well as long as the kids are happy, take care

Salam~ I would like to congrats on your apt. I m myself lived there for two years. I’m back in the states now but when I was living in Morocco, I was living in Casablanca and we paid for a fully furnished flat two bedroom for $350. We paid for our electricity and water and our Internet, which is minimal, our Internet was $35 a month, our water bill and electricity was about 50 bucks a month and then the rest of money was money. Where do live? I loved living there. My husband is Moroccan. We returned to the states . We will return soon.
You always get a better deal when it’s unfurnished. Maybe that’s why some people say it’s expensive but you have to take into consideration the location, quality and the recent construction. You can get places for less and for more but this seems like a fair price to me.
But not everyone who has just come from abroad and has to start over wants an unfurnished apartment. Especially with children, it is very advantageous if there is already furniture, regardless of whether it costs a little more.

if your rent is expensive, don't stop searching in real estate agencies or real estate sites or even by asking local shopkeepers or friends..., in order to find cheaper accommodation. Do not compare rent prices here with the USA, there is a big # between them.
1200$ per month is absolutely normal in Morocco, in fact of a furnished flat like that + closed residence + fiber optic + cleaning fees, it almost a steal, I don't think there's better than that with the same quality
@@momof4vlogsyea in the US but here it's very expensive u can rent unfurnished home and furnish it.. u can rent between 2500dh/4000dh in the same residence or in another good residence and u keep your furniture with u if you have the vision to stay here in the future...u can buy every mounth with the rest of the rent a new furniture,u can save more than the half of the price .about 7000 dh saving and u can invest it in your own furniture which gonna last with u after one year u gonna find yourself renting with 4000 Dh and your own furniture...lady u can have even a credit from the bank to buy a house instead of paying rent u can pay your own house...don't take the easy choice u have to think like a Moroccan now😂😂😂 so u can have a business mid ❤

Please ignore the comments of these ill informed peopple in the comments' section. Your rent is actually cheap for what you're getting. Spacious and luxurious flat, private security, cleaning service, fully furnished apartment with the latest amenities, internet is also provided. This is a fair price. In perspective, you can of course find something cheaper, but you're going to lose a lot of the values you're actually having that makes your life easy.
holy sofa! when i was little we had a lot of italian neighbors, like "off the boat" italians who were making a middle class living. Almost all of them had a fancy highly shellac'd "living room" with all the furniture covered in plastic that was pretty much NEVER EVER used. When I hung with. the kids "claudio! pino!" we were in the "real" living room / rec room more or less in the basement with a ratty old couch, covered in in a throw, parked in front of a big old rca tube tv and cable box. I wonder what happened to all that clear vinyl covered furniture. I imagine it slowly disintegrated due to entropy and loneliness.

I lived in Qatar prior the world cup and rental rates ballooned because of it to the point that a cramped depressing studio will cost 1000 to 1300 usd/month

Yeah not washing your self after the bathroom for the rest of us is a little astounding from a cleanliness perspective. Yes once you stat washing you will never go back. Loved Rabat thinking we will retire there. It was just so ideal from price to food to residency. Also Europe is literally a ferry ride away.
I think you have to check a different apt in centre of rabat and with this price you can buy a nice apt with this monthly you already pay you gonna finish quick that’s just advice as a Moroccan 🇲🇦❤️

Am from Holland and have a house in Rabat. 1200 eu per month for your location and quality of that house is a good price. If you want to buy a house in Rabat is very expensive. In the areas like Agdal and hay raid, the house prices start from 200k for 70m2.
She lives in a high quality apartment. The ones you are refering to arent in great areas and need lots of money to refurbish. You get what you pay for really.
