I have challenged myself to put away 50% of my monthly income into dividend stocks which is quite easy since I live frugal without debt. I work as an account executive, and make over $20000. $10000 goes into dividends, and the other $10000 covers my my food plus living expenses. I am seeing improvements in my portfolio, dividends look certain, but I have to attribute this to only to guidance of a licensed fund manager who allocates funds to a plethora of assets. I have to stay disciplined, and remember that I’m in it for the long term. Good luck to everyone and thanks for the great video.

Never had money growing up so I always had the mindset if the world ends I need to live it up. I have been sick most of my life and had to have a life saving double lung transplant so money always went to medical. I always had a bad relationship with money. Oh sweetie! Just found your channel through milenial money! I am absolutely so proud of you as you are rocking it! Just a small suggestion and I am praying you don't take this the wrong way. As I have absolutely no right in telling you how to do your life. You said you have no health insurance.... I just got a wakeup call in how expensive surgeries are. I had my gallbladder out and the surgery, ambulance, surgeon, hospital fees cost over $37 thousand dollars. Since we had insurance, my out of pocket is about $3,800. Please look into getting even a high deductible policy. $300-400/month is worth it...One week stay at a hospital could wipe out everything you have worked so hard for, without health insurance. That would break my heart as I absolutely love how you have worked your way up from the bottom. You are the poster girl for the American Dream.❤

Just purchased my variable expense wallet from your site and can’t wait until it arrives!! I’m determined to get in better financial shape in 2023. Your videos always inspire me. I love how you are always giving back and helping people. The week before Christmas my friends car was broken into. She had shopped the night before and was exhausted so left it all in the car to take inside the next day. What timing right?! I had some money saved which was about what she said she had spent on it all and I was so happy to gift it to her and help her out so she could replace what was taken.

Love your content! I too began seriously budgeting during the 2019 holiday season and my family is now debt free except for our house. It has been such an empowering and freeing experience! For your 10K Giving Challenge, may I suggest your local food bank? have the pleasure of working at my local food bank helping to serve the food needs of our community. Food banks are typically grossly underfunded and need all the help they can get.

I don’t see a tax envelope so I’m assuming you do it before and use what is left over. Just asking as someone who is self- employed.
I have a question! Let's say for your bills, since you placed it in the sinking fund as cash - when it's time to pay your bills - do you bring it to the cdm to deposit into your bank acc and you pay online? Or do you pay using your bank account first and then just replenish from the sinking fund?

To Jasmine, her team, or anyone who has thoughts: When you deposit your sinking and savings funds into your bank account, do you have separate bank savings accounts for each category (i.e., you have a checkings, savings for emergency, savings for Rico, savings for Christmas, etc.)? Or does it all go to the same savings account?
