I just had bottom surgery two months ago. I had the colon vaginoplasty. The surgery is very rough and very invasive. I'm only speaking from my own experience so my recovery has been extremely difficult and the dialation takes most of my time out of my days. Do your research talk to other girls once you do it there's no turning back.

Thanks for your concerns and questions. I have talked with her recently and she is still very happy with having had the surgery. As trans, we were not born with the female anatomy so we have to take some risks to be who we are and to have what we need to be aligned. No surgery is perfect and there will always be risks. We have to evaluate for ourselves the pros and cons and how important it is to us. My video is more about how I have thought of the process over time and realized that it’s something I have to do. The specific techniques and surgeons also make a lot of difference in the outcome. My video didn’t get into the technical aspects of the surgery because it wasn’t what I meant to focus on. I understand I will need to dilate three times a day. The frequency goes down over time. I might post videos about those technical details as I heal. Thanks for taking your time to make a comment. I feel sorry for cancer patients who have had to have their testicles removed. What a choice they had to make: Die from cancer and get into heaven or survive and be refused entry.
