@@mateuszwroblewski9322took me about a month with consistent effort. I craved the sugar a lot to be honest. So it took a lot of will power. Then my skin started to heal over the 6 months after. Now I only get pimples during my period but it’s very few and I cover them with pimple patches. So I’m no longer obsessed over my skin. I simply cleansed with Micellar water, and use sensitive skin friendly products from the French brand Avene. The acne never came back unless i eat a little too much excess like say when I’m on holiday/vacation
This is a few things I do which helped me achieve skin without acne and glowing all day. - Use a gentle face wash that eliminates extra oil and cleanses your skin well. I suggest littlleextra rriiceberry face wash only as it balances the skin pH as well. - Eat a nutritious diet. Stay away from oily, junk, and spicy foods. Choose vegetables, fruits, and foods rich in vitamins C, E, A, antioxidants, and minerals. - Exercise helps purify impurities, so make sure to exercise regularly to cleanse your whole body. - Stay away from touching your face often because our hands are generally full of germs that can cause pimples when they touch the face. - Once or twice a week, use an oil or serum for a facial massage to improve circulation. - Weekly, do a cleanup routine: cleanse, steam, scrub, use a mask, and rub 2-3 ice cubes. - Washn your brushes and other items you use because they can harbor germs that can cause acne when they come into contact with your skin.
This is perfect for dry and sensitive skin, and the best part is that it cleans the face very effectively without much lathering, but you still feel fresh, and after using, it doesn't leave your skin feeling dry... Love riicebery face wash so much...
Number 5. Be active. Not a full blown heart thumping workout (sometimes it can backfire especially for hormonal acne) light exercise is enough. Try getting 6000-10000 steps a day
I have similar acne condition right now from the last 3 years... I don't hate my acne that much, but I would love to see my skin clear and healthy since it is been so long
When I clicked on the video, I expected shit loads of products you would recommend to put on my face like every other video I have been seeing for the past half an hour, but was happy to see this. Really appreciate it..much love💕
You’re very welcome. I believe healing is an inside out process you can watch my full video here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-3zYyJFV9Feo.html
I have chronic UTI (wakes me up to pee/healthcare in UK is completely inaccessible) and did nightshifts exclusively for years, try those cheap laboratory protection glasses, in red/orange/yellow to protect from blue light when you’re about to go home/towards the morning. Vit A/B5/zinc/c also helps. Eat liver, it’s very nutrient dense. Colloidal patches, drawing paste (magnesium sulfate), niacinamide - they all help. AHA and BHA exfoliating, or stronger stuff. I’m using TCA cross at home to treat deep scars, it’s very inexpensive.
also one thing that helps me is exercise and physical activity. i walk around for 1 hour or more outside and do 20-30 min workouts at home. obviously, you should be active for overall health
Glad this helps! You can watch the full video and learn more about what foods I ate here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-3zYyJFV9Feo.html&ab_channel=KiranJagpal
I wouldn’t recommend eating too many carbs though…u don’t need to consume grains and stuff…too high insulin can result in increased oil production and u get acne
@@caccoon_boonn actually i use sunscreen and live a healthy life too but it was about the kind of food she was eating those food are highly costly in india
I cut out milk, gluten and drank only water. I became so miserable i think i even gave myself acne by depression. Once i stoppe using drug sore prodcts and went natural it cleared my skin. I can eat whatevr i like again and dont feel like a freak
Since years I'm suffering from harmonal acne 😭 and I'm tired or using prescribed medicines. I'm gonna try this, it would be helpful if you provide the food information the recepie
I accidentally found this song i didn't even understand the song but the melody was very beautiful and I couldn't move on when I understood this song 😭😭
Your body has the ability to heal itself!! Always remember this. In my practice, I educate people on how, given the right environment, the body will heal itself- always.
Plan for acne: “Eat more Salads and never take dry fruits..and no dairy products except yogurt..and also try to keep sugar away and drink water and please try to get a face wash which controls oil and sooths your skin..and once a week try to have a good skin care like.. scrub, vapour, and a face pack and do a ice cube massage and always have a good sleep that's on time and wake up early to take fresh air...at last it's hard to follow this things but atleast try to do all these things sincerely... I hope it will work..as I'm doing this...and getting results good...”
I have tried literally everything just to clear up my skin but nothing actually worked…except those advices literally having good habits can change not just your skin but also you health physically and mentally
I do all these things and I have for many years and still have acne. I never eat sugar, I eat healthy, get enough sleep. Only drink water. I have tried having a skin care regimen and I have tried not having one. I have tried switching up my skin care and it still never leaves me alone.
Hi Tana, I understand your frustration- however diet is only one part of the picture! What's your stress like? Do you always feel wired even when you're tired? There's a deeper conversation happening with your hormones - please checkout my longer videos for more support!
I am also having acnes .... Its been so many days I don't eat junk ( no maida , no sugar , no dairy products, no gluten ) and almost regular exercise ( thrice a week ) which includes HIIT , zumba and etc. .... But still my acne is there
Are you a women? If so I would look into cycle syncing! I have a cycle syncing playlist on RU-vid which can help with balancing hormones as hormone imbalances are often a root cause of acne. You can watch my full acne video here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-3zYyJFV9Feo.html
It’s also a large trial and error process. Some people are more sensitive to certain foods that trigger acne. Finding out what works for you is more important than any specific advice, but these are great generic guidelines to go by!
Diet is a major one for me. Dairy, sugar and even bread (I later found out its the gluten in the bread). Once I cut these out, my skin improved within a matter of weeks. I still have scarring but the breakouts are pretty much non-existent
I have literally tried everything on my skin after giving some rest to my skin to heal I'm using one face wash and vitamin c serum My skin type is oily I have black heads whiteheads and small bumps over my cheek area what should I try
do you still follow chinese medicine eating more yin foods than yang. I am confused because some sources say specific foods or yin whole others say yang. Like brocolli is yin but others say yang.
Hey Samrah! Yes I experienced that confusion a lot too. I don’t follow TCM as much as I used to as I’ve reintroduced foods I previously cut out and can eat them in moderation. (ie dairy) From my research broccoli is Yin! (Aka cooling) Thanks for being patient with me getting back to you- where are you at on your journey?
What should i do..when i get acne due to some disturbance in my diet. I mean is there anything i could do to stop that acne before it turns into a scar.
Im preparing for exams....so i sleep from morning 9 to 3 and study the whole night and remaining hours...is this good?? Yet i have sleeping hours... I have aggravated acne due to medicine so i stoped it....tell me is this good....i need night hours to study as its peaceful
I noticed that whenever I eat fast food, I get multiple pimples and swallowing on my face also I was suffering from nightfalls(may be due to teenage), they are occurring frequently from last 3 years😢😢
I tried everything didn’t help From herbal tea to cutting off sugar milk, gluten …it helped my bloating tho but hormonal acne is still there maybe I’ll go for laser I’m 21 years old …what type of laser do you recommend!
This can be due to hormonal shifts during pregnancy. Watch my full video here where I share everything I did: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-3zYyJFV9Feo.html
That’s normal. Acne doesn’t just permanently go away, especially if you get hormonal acne around that time of the month, cystic, or acne that can be triggered like fungal acne. My recommendation is to have a good skincare routine with products meant to treat acne, but also incorporate moisturizing serum and moisturizer because acne products can seriously dry your skin out which can chase your skin to produce more oil and even more acne. I personally use hyaluronic acid serum most of the week, then once a week use retinal since I’m building up a tolerance to it. As needed I use a glycolic acid mask or salicylic acid toner.
Hi Ayushi!! I undersand how frusturating that can be. Here's my video on my 6 year acne journey and what helped me: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-3zYyJFV9Feo.html
hey ! i eat no dairy and no sugar and i started getting cystic acne in april and now it's mid july and it's been getting worse and worse. not sure what to do
Hi! I can eat common inflammatory foods like 'dairy and gluten' in moderation! If I over-do it my skin will suffer. I choose to eat a sustainable whole foods diet that works for me, and makes me feel good!
