@@mateuszwroblewski9322took me about a month with consistent effort. I craved the sugar a lot to be honest. So it took a lot of will power. Then my skin started to heal over the 6 months after. Now I only get pimples during my period but it’s very few and I cover them with pimple patches. So I’m no longer obsessed over my skin. I simply cleansed with Micellar water, and use sensitive skin friendly products from the French brand Avene. The acne never came back unless i eat a little too much excess like say when I’m on holiday/vacation
Number 5. Be active. Not a full blown heart thumping workout (sometimes it can backfire especially for hormonal acne) light exercise is enough. Try getting 6000-10000 steps a day
This is a few things I do which helped me achieve skin without acne and glowing all day. - Use a gentle face wash that eliminates extra oil and cleanses your skin well. I suggest littlleextra rriiceberry face wash only as it balances the skin pH as well. - Eat a nutritious diet. Stay away from oily, junk, and spicy foods. Choose vegetables, fruits, and foods rich in vitamins C, E, A, antioxidants, and minerals. - Exercise helps purify impurities, so make sure to exercise regularly to cleanse your whole body. - Stay away from touching your face often because our hands are generally full of germs that can cause pimples when they touch the face. - Once or twice a week, use an oil or serum for a facial massage to improve circulation. - Weekly, do a cleanup routine: cleanse, steam, scrub, use a mask, and rub 2-3 ice cubes. - Washn your brushes and other items you use because they can harbor germs that can cause acne when they come into contact with your skin.
This is perfect for dry and sensitive skin, and the best part is that it cleans the face very effectively without much lathering, but you still feel fresh, and after using, it doesn't leave your skin feeling dry... Love riicebery face wash so much...
@@niyumax3758nothing is working 😢.....i don't usually eat sugar actually don't like sweet ,nd I m drinking 4 ltr water, exercise,nd yoga also , m not eating oily or junk food frm outside......fir v m having acne 😢.... I don't understand what's th reason
I have similar acne condition right now from the last 3 years... I don't hate my acne that much, but I would love to see my skin clear and healthy since it is been so long
I have chronic UTI (wakes me up to pee/healthcare in UK is completely inaccessible) and did nightshifts exclusively for years, try those cheap laboratory protection glasses, in red/orange/yellow to protect from blue light when you’re about to go home/towards the morning. Vit A/B5/zinc/c also helps. Eat liver, it’s very nutrient dense. Colloidal patches, drawing paste (magnesium sulfate), niacinamide - they all help. AHA and BHA exfoliating, or stronger stuff. I’m using TCA cross at home to treat deep scars, it’s very inexpensive.
also one thing that helps me is exercise and physical activity. i walk around for 1 hour or more outside and do 20-30 min workouts at home. obviously, you should be active for overall health
Glad this helps! You can watch the full video and learn more about what foods I ate here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-3zYyJFV9Feo.html&ab_channel=KiranJagpal
It’s also a large trial and error process. Some people are more sensitive to certain foods that trigger acne. Finding out what works for you is more important than any specific advice, but these are great generic guidelines to go by!
yesss frrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!! prayed and fasted for the past 2 days because i don’t have access to the product that helped me with my acne anymore, and asked God to help me find an alternative and heal my face🩷🩷🩷
When I clicked on the video, I expected shit loads of products you would recommend to put on my face like every other video I have been seeing for the past half an hour, but was happy to see this. Really appreciate it..much love💕
You’re very welcome. I believe healing is an inside out process you can watch my full video here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-3zYyJFV9Feo.html
I wouldn’t recommend eating too many carbs though…u don’t need to consume grains and stuff…too high insulin can result in increased oil production and u get acne
Ha ha. I've tried lots of things. Then one day I read a book on Ayurvedic diets ( I'm 32, the only one in my family with the problem, had pimples since I was 13), found out due to my Vata constitution (or something), I shouldn't eat pepper. I love pepper. It makes food so wonderful. It's been three months since I stopped, I don't have pimples. Or appetit. P.S Two years ago, I stopped eating grains and sugar and other over processed foods. Didn't work.
I am also having acnes .... Its been so many days I don't eat junk ( no maida , no sugar , no dairy products, no gluten ) and almost regular exercise ( thrice a week ) which includes HIIT , zumba and etc. .... But still my acne is there
Are you a women? If so I would look into cycle syncing! I have a cycle syncing playlist on RU-vid which can help with balancing hormones as hormone imbalances are often a root cause of acne. You can watch my full acne video here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-3zYyJFV9Feo.html
Diet is a major one for me. Dairy, sugar and even bread (I later found out its the gluten in the bread). Once I cut these out, my skin improved within a matter of weeks. I still have scarring but the breakouts are pretty much non-existent
I work out too much. And i sweat all the time (i guess that's the cause of my acne). The other thing is that i drink too much soda 😂😅 (the other root cause of my horrible acne 😅). 😂 I'm glad that you got rid of your acne. Congratulations 🎉.
Plan for acne: “Eat more Salads and never take dry fruits..and no dairy products except yogurt..and also try to keep sugar away and drink water and please try to get a face wash which controls oil and sooths your skin..and once a week try to have a good skin care like.. scrub, vapour, and a face pack and do a ice cube massage and always have a good sleep that's on time and wake up early to take fresh air...at last it's hard to follow this things but atleast try to do all these things sincerely... I hope it will work..as I'm doing this...and getting results good...”
I cut out milk, gluten and drank only water. I became so miserable i think i even gave myself acne by depression. Once i stoppe using drug sore prodcts and went natural it cleared my skin. I can eat whatevr i like again and dont feel like a freak
I do all these things and I have for many years and still have acne. I never eat sugar, I eat healthy, get enough sleep. Only drink water. I have tried having a skin care regimen and I have tried not having one. I have tried switching up my skin care and it still never leaves me alone.
Hi Tana, I understand your frustration- however diet is only one part of the picture! What's your stress like? Do you always feel wired even when you're tired? There's a deeper conversation happening with your hormones - please checkout my longer videos for more support!
People work from the outside in. Not the inside out. Skin is an organism. EVERYTHING that happens externally is due to what is going on internally. Take independent tests BEYOND those your Doctor never will. It isn't just hormones. It is amino acids and most Americans are deficient due to processed foods, and even if you eat healthy there are other factors such as those that are genetically linked, and or stress and so on. You can go to an integrated Doctor to find the root cause. Or you can do research to see what internal factors/compounds contribute to acne. Then you take independent tests ordered by ie., Quest Labs and have a Doctor go over the results with you.
Great job! No sugar, dairy, fried and processed foods, and caffeine would be other things to strongly avoid IMO. They destroy your gut biome, and contribute to break outs ❤️👌
That is your body sending you a signal! It could be that you're sensitive to eggs, and by removing them for a period it can help support your digestion so you can reintroduce them again later on!
Kiran jagpal ji can you please tell how we can gain weight also. During acne treatment. Because we cut out all the dairy carbs and sugar from our diet.
I believe Wheat, Barley, Rye, Oats, Soy & GMO Corn contain a protein called gluten, which is bad for most human beings. I'm told that the gluten molecule is a protein made of amino acids which are daisy chained together. Amino acids are essential nutrients for your health. It is the job of the stomach to break apart these acids inside the gluten protein giving your body access to the amino acids, liberating the amino acids but the chemical bonds are very difficult, if not impossible, for the stomach acid to digest. Most people already have weak stomach acids so this compounds an already potentially problematic situation. Most people, when they swallow these items, the gluten protein becomes undigestible so instead of individual amino acids entering into the small intestines to be absorbed into the blood stream, you get long chains of intact, connected amino acids and when the small intestines attempt to absorb these undigested long chains of amino acids it causes problems. The tissue inside the intestinal tract becomes damaged. (Analogy: vacuum sucking up full strand of pearls jams up the rotator gear but if separated, they can be sucked up easily.) Consistent consumption of whole grains hurts you directly & indirectly because the tissue that is damaged by these long chains is the tissue that is responsible for absorbing other good nutrients. Told that all chronic diseases are directly related to nutrient deficiencies!
Since years I'm suffering from harmonal acne 😭 and I'm tired or using prescribed medicines. I'm gonna try this, it would be helpful if you provide the food information the recepie

I have a lot of acne on my face and they grow to more day by day. I have used the gel given by doctor, cut off sweets and oil and wash my face daily but can’t get rid of them. Doctors are also not giving any specific attention.😢😢😢
I wish I could switch to better foods, because I know it'd at least help with so many things I struggle with including fatigue, but I have a host of other issues that prevents it :c
What do I do for food cause it doesn’t deep into my brain the words your saying no offense I’m just dumb when it comes to third stuff. I also love grueling cruel and dangerously long workouts for my sports which back fires allot for sweat what do I do
