I definitely thought she was 35-40 too! I was typing an e-mail when I heard her say that, and had to pause and rewind it back to be sure I heard her correctly.
@@pzpz2135 35 to 40? Really? Are you kidding me? She does not look that old. if anything she looks younger than that. And FYI. Not all 25 year olds are stupid. I know some kids that are very bright and smart. Age has nothing to do with smarts.
Winner of a video, been searching for "ways create passive income" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Qonmily Passive Formality - (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some super things about it and my partner got excellent success with it.
This is something that an online entrepreneur myself needs to consider. It is definitely difficult to have just one source of income because you will feel the stress of feeling secure. Aside from having my own affiliate marketing business online, I need to have other sources of income like these things you've mentioned for my own benefit. Great video once again, Gillian! Thank you!
Young lady, you have a brilliant brain. You represent the best of the best in new economy. Maybe you could write “correspondence” lessons or record monthly videos for busy people such as young moms, and unemployed young people who need income (to get out of their parents’ houses) working in the digital field from home. There is also a market in the millions residing in Third World countries -if you segment your subjects and areas of interest correctly. You could research subjects that people from Africa, South America and parts of Asia need and could break the lessons in short sections. You could help from people you know to due the leg work, since you are a superior presenter and could focus on that part. God bless you.
So when do you SLEEP? 😆 Seriously, so inspiring but I’m curious how you juggle the upkeep or maintenance of all the things. Do you have a team, property manager, etc? Would love videos on that!
You are very inspiring!! While watching your video I wrote down a few residual income ideas I’ve had but have not acted on yet. I enjoy blogging and making RU-vid videos (goal is to hit 500 subscribers on YT by end of 2018), but my biggest challenge is being CONSISTENT, and I know that consistency is one of the keys to success. I have a PT “day job” teaching ESL online, and my hours are late morning-mid/late afternoon. I also am a night owl so I usually get up 2 or less hours before I have to teach....so I don’t get much done in the AM’s. And then by the time I’m done teaching and writing feedback, it’s time to run errands, or cook dinner, or do random tasks around the house. And then I don’t get much done on my entrepreneurial pursuits. And sometimes entrepreneurial stuff makes me anxious, even though I want to do it. How can I change this?? I guess motivation and consistency are my challenges. Would love any feedback you might have.
You are truly such a big inspiration for me. Since I have started watching your videos I have created a new business plan, my days are WAY more organized and I love putting in the work to see the results in the future 💪🏼 Thank you SO much for being you and for uploading brilliant content! I am on my way to post my first video soon, I have built myself a website and am loving the process. Thank you!! 🌸
I would love to have the same streams of income but on my field, which is Cake Decorating and Figures making. But let's start building first a solid RU-vid channel and then move on with the courses and a book.
Gillian, I SO appreciate all that you share. Ever since I found out about your channel (through RU-vid recommendations), I've been binge watching your videos. I've learned so much! The video on you quitting social media ... wow! It makes so much sense. Anyhow, just wanted to say a big thank you. You inspire me so much!
Hi Gillian I aspire to be like you.... Need your guidance for learning Digital Marketing can give me classes on this topic.... I am from India can you share anything through which I can send you personal msgs......
Wow! How amazing and still so young! Very inspiring thanks for not leaving us older folks out! Never too late to Reign! Thank you for sharing in such great detail your streams of income. I'm finding your channel to be very informative and inspiring!
I always love watching your videos. Thanks for some more insightful tips! I'm starting up my second source of income this week: grant writing. My first stream is more passive: I sell tabernacle model kits and teaching resources. I'm thrilled to be embarking on a journey towards multiple streams of income. Thanks for inspiring me to pursue these dreams!
I like how transparent you are being, which makes you more relatable and likable. I am in process of finishing my book and was wondering if you could comment on here with the link to your specific course about self publishing.
thanks for being so open Gilliam, some people might feel envious but I see it as inspiration and also a clearer picture how I myself can actually reach those goals
Ha! She’s 25... many are way older and not as established. There’s stories about people becoming a millionaire in the 80’s so yes, good points about age- doesn’t matter.
Your videos are always so motivational! You're very relatable and you've made me believe I can do some of the same things if i'll finally just go for it!
I don’t even have one stream of income , getting myself out of debt! But yes I am not going to be giving up! Not going to stop believing that I can do it!
I wonder how smart some people are making money on teaching how to make money but without making money without a product .I am looking for somebody who made money from a real product. They normally charge a lot. And to make money with a product I understand is more complicated than making money l teaching how to make money.
You are inspirational! So great that you share these tips with the public and give people encouragement! Maybe you can do a video about how you had such a great mindset for one so young!
Thank u for ur great info! It is so encouraging and inspirational, I love what u said about it not being to late because, I am presently 60 yrs old, unemployed, and have a BA in Business Adm.(I feel stuck) Life's journey can b hard and stressful sometimes, I just want to have an online business that I enjoy and make a good income ,because paper is not used much any more. I was researching Wealthy Affiliates what do u think about them . I would appreciate any advice, Thanks Penny
agreee..too many hours pass I imagine with social media, etc. Automating as much as possible and outsourcing sustainably probably pays off and employs other.
I am also working on several streams of income. I want to start a membership site offering access to the digital products I design but overwhelmed on which platform to use. Wild Apricot? Wix? Weebly? I’m not a Wordpress fan. Anyone have any suggestions?
Great video as always but wanted to correct you on Amazon Affiliates. Nothing is required to sign up but you need to make at least one sale within 180 days or else you have to sign up again to be in the program.
This is AMAZING Gillian! You kept mentioning "I did this by building my audience and then..." so I'm wondering if you have a video strictly about how to effectively build your audience so that you can drive them to all these great sources of income like your book and courses? Thanks so much!!
Thank you! Yes, I have a few videos you might find helpful: one about how I get blog traffic, one about how I grew my email list, and several about how I grew my RU-vid channel. Hope you find them helpful!
You are very inspiring. I am 55 and have just recently started investigating doing an Online business. Currently my position is as an Office Administrator in a law office, but I'd really love to do something that deals with my passions. Honestly, am I too old, as I don't have the "curb appeal" that you have (being only 25)? Let me know your HONEST thoughts on whether lack of "curb appeal" will deter my endeavors. Your honest comments are appreciated....in advance. :)
Hi Gillian! In terms of rental properties, I was curious if you have hired a property manager? If so, what was the process that you used to select a property manager or property management company? If not, what advice would you give on managing properties by one’s self? Also, have you ever read the book “Rich Dad Poor Dad” (?), because your advice sound very similar to the advice from that book! Thanks for posting another awesome video!
I have a rental property. I use a property manager. The property manager goes through all the proper credit checks and other vetting procedures for new tenants, does regular inspections, deals with any needed repairs, pays bills etc. And understands the relevant laws.
I'm just catching up on your videos because I was unplugged on a family adventure last week. ... Have you done a video on your childhood/upbringing/very first business experiences? As a parent and person still trying to get her shit together I would love to hear about that.
Oh my gosh... I am now binge watching after discovering your channel tonight and now I'm addicted! You are doing all the things I have been planning and you are motivating me to get it all done pronto! Your content is some of the best I have ever seen on RU-vid!
When you are doing so many things what do you tell people you do when they ask? People don’t want to hear 10 streams of income when they ask my job, but I have my foot in a lot of things... I’ve struggled with what I am supposed to say in those situations for a while.
How do you build up a skill, in order, to make money from it, later? How long can this skill need to develop? Can you do a video on how to build up skill or skills to later make money on? How to find this passion and skill? How do you know you have a skill and passion to use to make money on?
The best part, I think, is that you invest in property. Done properly, this can set you up so you can do any kind of work you like, with no regard for how well it pays, or even whether it's paid.
Thanks for making this video! It’s definitely valuable and inspiring. Creating a lifestyle you want does take work but with multiple streams of income you’ll reap the most benefits. You’re so smart! Congrats
also thank you for explaining the rental property thing - I had wanted to know all about this. my dad owns a rental house so I knew a little about it but was curious about how u did it personally. thanks !! 😊
Mind blown! You are such an inspiration - and we really appreciate your transparency, makes everything so much more tangible and like we can do it too :)
If anyone deserve the title super woman it's you. I love your videos, you are very generous with your knowlage, you are very beautiful and classic and being pregnent few times giving birth and raising a beauriful family while running your buisness and being sucsseful and grounded wow. You deserve all the success in the world Keep up the good work.
Thanks for letting me know! I'd recommend you try to join Startup Society next time it opens (in July). It's my group coaching program for entrepreneurs. :)
