I wanna help since your content are actually really good. I’ve thought of the things that could be slowing the growth and things that could help… One thing is the Thumbnail. It can easily convey what it is for in just one look, so others can easily click another humbnail that is more eye catching. Just look at your “Ghibli” thumbnail for example, it has the some of the most clicks due to it stands out. (The others with top views also either stands out or just have more great value to the targeted people by the algorithm too). It doesn’t always have to be just huge painting btw, it can be with the use of Graphic design knowledge, contrast of colors and contrast of size font, and other techniques like subject isolation to make some things more eye grabbing. The other secondary factors could be titles, perhaps there are two thumbnails where they think has equal attractiveness or more, then they’ll base their choice to the title. If your caption in thumbnail is also big enough plus you have good title below, then its huge probability. After that, the game is on the first 5-30 seconds of your video. If you make hem finish then your edge to this will come into play, which is rewatch (because your content is valuable to a niche already, they just need help to find your content and choose your cotents). Then shorts video is a different game too, which i have other ideas and reference too. Also for the longform, I think music can be tuned down so we can concentrate on what you’re saying. Maybe the narration can aslo be slowed down a bit too, easier to grasp.
