Thanks for this - I do a similar necro camp throughout kill and usually get 2:20 to 2:30. Ranged swap will be fun Saw you use Lord of Bones - thoughts on that vs Smoke Cloud? Is there reason to use both?
So i appreciate how you do it. But camping necro is just as fast. I avg 210. I use a ripper and ful book and i dont flank at all. Just do a standard lving desth rotation
I would assume 120 necro would be important, but I don't quite remember how damage calcs based on level past 99. Sometimes if I just min roll everything and don't show up, I'll run a bit late skipping on p3, and seeing one or two heals is somewhat normal. Doing the threads for the pools helps reduce healing and gives more stacks for volley, so just keep sending it fam
@@CarguyRS I am working on it, but deaths hurting my pocket, with range only I can chill and do 2:30 with no prebuilts. Necro idk I had around 83-87 accuracy with reaver, occult ring didn’t helped either
hold down shift or ctrl based on the style i want, then mash down all of my thumb buttons at once. My 4k Ice boss video explains it pretty well: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-U78INkLjP54.htmlsi=XUDVYiclcjjCBJ11&t=27
I just grappled with this myself. I camp P6 dragon Slayer Aftershock 4 ruthless 1, AS main hand P 6 on the soulbound. At first I was flank switching to a t90 OH But it bothered me going down to three souls. Flanking main hand I was losing stacks. So I reversed my perks, P6 mh AS oh, I'm using a death guard as the flanking switch, and then I figure I'll get another MH for E4R3 AOE setups, so a total of 3 omnis (P6, Flank, R3) and put AS4P2 on the soulbound. Then Ill have to make an Undead, demon, and dragon variant of T95 top or bottoms.
@@answerth I personally just got a flanking soulbound lantern with normal setup (as4e2 omni, p6r1 lantern + fl4p2 lantern). I only use undead slayer and its on my armor
@@TheFlazMan no it doesnt it was the first style to use the new way of applying hitchance but it still uses the same calculation to calculate what that chance is (which is based on your stats/gear/prayers/etc vs the targets defence against the style you are attacking with) the difference is that before, say that calculation is done and gives a result of 50%, when you used an ability the game would calculate how much damage its going to do, say 10,000. and then flip a coin to decide whether you hit that 10,000 or you miss and hit 0 with the new style, there is no coin flip, it will always just hit the calculated damage * your hitchance, in this case 5000 while necro was the first style to use this new approach, as of the combat update in March all styles now use this, not just necro in summary, when you do an attack, the game calculates 2 different numbers. the first is your "damage" which is based on the range of the attack in question, your gear/perks/stats/prayers/etc. the second is your "hitchance" or "accuracy" which is based on your mh weapon/gear/stats/prayers/etc vs your targets defence against your attack style. this value cant get higher than 100% they are then multiplied together Lord of Bones along with the other affinity debuffs like SWH/guthix staff/black stone arrows/quake/BGS reduce your targets defence which results in that hitchance getting closer to 100% if you are already at 100% such as at raksha then that doesnt provide any benefit at somewhere like telos, vorago or araxxor they have much higher defence so lord of bones (or 1 of those other affinity debuffs) would increase your dps (the calculation may not happen in exactly this order / the clear divide but this should be accurate enough to get idea)
can skip yeah, unless you'd want to use mage or melee for p4, but ranged still has 100% even with reaver ring. It's mostly force of habit from using ful arrows on this method before the update
You got good content but I don’t think you are considering most of the players when you undermine the difficulty of the boss. A lot of players can not and possibly will never be able to do this boss. Same goes for hard mode zuk. Maybe you could make your guides more inclusive. I see people in the comments saying your content is not for them the way your undermine difficulty 🤣
I never intend on giving any "level" of guide. All my guides are methods I use or have figured out and use currently. This raksha guide was my literal straightforward farming method (it's now ranged camp, have yet to make a video on it.) If someone genuinely wants a "more inclusive" guide, they'll go find one of the many beginner friendly guides out there. People who post a comment about a guide "not being for them" generally want some form of attention, or want to start an argument in my experience. To reiterate, I'll continue to post methods I use, and not overcomplicate them or claim they're difficult to boost my ego. Never has been part of the plan, never will be. This method is run a necro rotation to pool skip, then a ranged rotation to clear p4 slightly faster. If someone doesn't want to do that, cool. It's here for people to pull as little or as much information as they need to imrpove at their PvM skills.
