“A meaningful life is not being rich, being popular,being highly educated or being perfect. It’s is about being real, being humble, being able to share ourselves and touch the lives of others. It is only then that we could have a full, happy and contented life.

I’ve noticed, since being on my own journey, that most people live on autopilot. I can now recognize how I did that as well. We have to question, we have to be intentional, we have to simplify. If not, life will merely pass us by.

One great way to live life with meaning is to share what you have struggled with and teach others how to overcome it.

The most poignant realisation I ever had in life was the pointlessness in life, now bare with me here.. This isn't as negative as it sounds. This gave me a greater freedom than anything else. This gave me the gift of realising that life has the meaning and purpose that YOU chose. Only what YOU chose ❤️ and that is valid.

I felt what you said about sunsets. For me it’s the sunrise though! It’s the most beautiful part of the day for me. The early morning breeze, the singing birds, the gorgeous sky colors..watching that unfold while drinking my morning coffee is free therapy.

Sunsets are miraculous, in my eyes! I have recently experienced a similar situation with enjoying listening to the birds feeling the wind blowing through the trees and wanting to absorb all of it in that moment and finding gratitude of being able to have that moment to experience the beauty of nature while my two young adult children are sitting on the same bench with me and and their eyes are stuck on their cell phones and scrolling social media. It was so disheartening to wear a question myself what kind of parent am I. I always try to spend time at parks with my children outdoor activities nothing major just haven't picnics or stopping whatever we were doing just to sit outside and enjoy the sunrise or the sunset as they were growing up but now all I see is the top of your heads stuck on social media constantly. I broke my heart a little bit because I asked them to stop and enjoy it the moment of being able to have the ears to hear the birds singing to stop and enjoy that moment of just being. But of course it only lasted for less than a minute if at all they went right back to scrolling on those iPhones. I love your podcasts your videos very inspirational. I've watched thousands of videos on youtube and watched multiple of your videos but this is the first time ever watching something on this platform that got me mesmerized. This is exactly what I needed to hear and learn about myself and others and it is the perfect time for it. I am finishing school rn and don't know what to do with my life. I have very few friends and no clue what job I want to do in the near future. But now I know how/that I can find meaning. After I find meaning I'm sure I can go on and pursue a job that means something to me no matter what anybody says about it and my passion. You opened my mind and I know that whatever I do, if there's meaning for me, it's the right thing.

I love being grateful because it helps me to become even more self aware of all that I have and more empathic and compassionate to those who don't have all that I have and I can share with them! I am not just referring to the tangible but also to the intangible, share your love and kindness, share inclusion or give some mental and/or emotional support or maybe just 'be' with someone who is scared to be alone or needs a little company! Thank you so much for this. I have been living my life striving for perfection and hunting for achievements like better paying jobs but always felt empty after I finally reached that goal. I eventually realised that I need to find a way to be more self-compassionate and learn gratitude. This video has really helped me on that way. It was around 5AM (usually sleep around 5:30-6), I watched this till around 8:50 min mark. Paused, decided to go out to my nearby park for a walk, did a full lap walking around the park with pauses to sit and write down verses(around 30mins), listening to meditation music, and I just appreciated the view so much, I even pictured my walk around the park being a journey, the way the view starts like a beginning of the journey, and then the middle, the nearing the end, and then the end that leads to a new chapter. AND NO CAP, the views in the park with the trees, the moon and the Sun coming up by the end shining through the trees, they all literally matched each section of the "park journey". And now I'm sharing this after finishing the video, I hope everyone finds more meaning in themselves.

I think the universe somehow made me stumble across your page and this is the journey I’ve been on trying to be more meaningful and my kids really taught me that their is so much that adults are missing we are missing the most important parts of our day and feeling grounded taking a step back from people busy days and enjoying the sounds of nature the ocean, just feeling your feet on the ground and breathing and feeling your presence and your purpose that you are where you need to be at that moment.
