OMG yes! When I was a girl I always used to imagine a unicorn running along beside the car when we went on long trips. Or put myself into the paintings on the wall at Aunt Flora's house. There was one that was a painting of a path disappearing into the woods, I'd imagine what I'd find if I walked that path. Thanks so much for these tips, I don't know why I got out of the habit of doing those things, but they will help when things just become Too Much.
